I added money to upgrade the business room, and it turned out to be the same size and facilities as the standard double room. Ctrip described the standard double room as 26 square meters, and the twin room as 36 square meters. After checking in, I found out that it was the same size as the standard double room. I called the front desk 3 times to ask for a change of room. The front desk on duty said that I would ask the boss for instructions, but the result was no reply, which is really annoying.
