I am so angry that I, who never comment, want to rate it!
The hotel facilities and check-in experience were good, but in the end they called a "black car" for us, so we couldn't accept it! Don’t believe anything that doesn’t go through channels! The hotel even calls a car for you! These are all random prices! More than 2 times the opening! The worst thing about coming to Dubai for the first time is taking a taxi, it’s expensive and messy! So angry! ! ! !

Room: The facilities are very new, and many small details are outstanding. For example, the teas in the minibar are all the best local brands.
Catering: The pastry part is amazing, the rest is just average.

My stay was amazing in one&only one zaabeel my room was amazing and my room attendant Sumit saroj make my stay comfortable and full feel all needs specially thank you Sumit and team leader Shabnam . I’m visiting this hotel again and restaurant and pool also amazing we enjoy over all stay thank you so much one&only staff.

Hospitality is about people listening to people and making efforts to make their day. We arrived at the hotel lay hoping to spend the Frinday evening at the Sphere but were were told it was full! Wondering were to go we went up to Tapa Sale which was actually closing where by the best luck ever we met one of the managers Nicola. He went out of his way, organized a table for us and made us feel welcome! Nicola made our evening he is a true legend and so kind. We felt rejected as the hostess had told her it’s closed and were were now leaving until we met him. Thank you Nicola and stay caring and genuinely serving. It is the meaning of hospitality 🎉
