Rooms absolutely tiny. Small double beds not big enough for 2 adults.
Very noisy corridors.
Food decent but a little costly.
Breakfast ok.
Staff more interested in mobile notifications than answering questions.
Unlikely to return.

Used Dundee as a base for visiting family. Hotel cosy and friendly. Only complaint, we got a disabled room !!

A nice "beige' hotel. Decor is a bit dated but room was a good size, clean and comfortable. All staff are really friendly and helpful. Evening meal was ok and lots of choice for breakfast.

Convenient location. Room was large by European standards, bed very comfy. Would have liked a few more snack option on site as few shops near by, but this a minor quibble. Food in restaurant was great, though a bit pricey. Would stay again.

our room was on the second floor and i had to carry two heavy suitcases up the stairs. also long walk from parking to entrance, they need a door at the back of the hotel near the parking. I could not call out from the phone in my room, they only have internal calls.
the staff were good and the hotel was clean
