Good location, good staff who are friendly and helpful ( terutamanya staff yg jaga parking - patut di berikan imbuhan yang lebih ). The environment is also beautiful and interesting. I recommend this hotel for you to stay here. Thank you

From the sweltering heat of the lobby to sp**** staffing, everything says “we only wish we are a 5-star but...”. Mudzaffar looks like they are a hotel training academy specialising in aiming at generating as many as guest complaints as they can possibly get. What they actually do with the complaints is anyone’s guess: probably classify them under OSA. These are the training areas that we experienced: 1. Air-conditioning in lobby not functioning. Probably for vocational trainees under find the cause. Or for finance officers on how to brutally reduce cost. 2. Inadequate staff to handle concierge. Designed for managers who can see the effects 3. Shops not opened. For time management trainees to see relationship between opening hours and revenue 4. Toilet with no hand drying facilities. For maintenance staff is and why the floor and door knobs are wet 5. Late check in: Staff learning to admit guests strictly at 3pm check in time despite hotel near empty on Sunday at 2:00pm 6. Slip shod construction. Meant for building students to see how to frustrate a 5-star claim 7. Room: 2 pillows for a double bed. Not even one extra in the cupboard. TV no reception until a few hours passed by. Room painted, no wall paper. Shower water pressure low. They give only one key card. All for trainees to evaluate the savings made. 8. Upon reaching the room there were 4 plates left by previous guest by the door. When we came back from dinner at 9pm, they were still there. Called reception and they casually replied “we will send someone to clear them” unperturbed by what happened. That off the cuff reply proves training works at this Academy. In all the Mudzaffar Hotel Training Academy is highly recommended for those who are into the academics. Not for a real hotel guest with out of norm expectations of staying in a hotel for comfort and rest.

PROs 1) Room considered as new and clean 2) Housekeeping team very responsive and quick too (kudos to them) 3) Food choices for breakfast were OK CONs 1) Location was too remote and far from any eateries. 2) View from room was just an eyesore especially the one facing to Metra Square 3) Parking space looked unclean and spooky It is a good hotel but for me I will not book again in the near future (sorry for the sincere comment)

Onsite carpark but no ba*****t/shaded. Rainy days will need umbrella. Pay RM10 per night to enjoy parking infront hotel. Better book without breakfast as its not up to hotel quality breakfast. Many shops around for eating out. Expect to flood the entire bathroom after each shower. Good housekeeping

This Hotel and Residence is equipped with huge rooms, an effective strategy to impress their guests. My feedback for improvement are as follows: 1) To guide their guests on the exact level of hotel rooms. 34005 is written on my room card, there is no 34 displayed on elevator button. I returned to reception and was told it is level 33A. 2) Waiting for your/my turn to enter any one of the four lifts is a painful task during peak season. 3 min to get into a lift. To get from level 33A to G floor can easily consume you at least 8- 12 min as it stops on each level. A baby boy was crying in his stroller while waiting for the lift to reach G floor. He had been in the poorly ventilated and congested lift before me. We met at level 33A and it took us 7 min to reach G floor. 3) To provide more varieties fof breakfast buffet.I understand that this hotel offers an affordable price for a comfortable stay especially for a big family and much better than the small hotel rooms at Jonker Walk. We can't complain much on the buffet spread. In my humble opinion, the hotel can add two or three dishes representing the Peranakan culture in Melaka. It would be a wonderful experience for us. 4) For first-time visitors like me, do pay attention on the huge car park on level 7. There are at least 3 lift lobbies and I ended up reaching Swiss Hotel lobby, De Wan restaurant and the actual hotel lobby itself during my one night-stay. A clear signboard(s) of which lobby reaches which hotel/retail outlet can be helpful. 5) Most importantly is to adopt best practices for welcoming and greeting your guests at the reception. As I mentioned, not all of us would know that level 34 being written on our room card is actually level 33A on elevator button. Alerting/helping them/me is a great way to go beyond and leave a lasting impression. Thank you

Above average hotel but each room is studio sized and has proper pressured hot and cold water baths. Amenities otherwise are rather basic so you’ll have to go out to get food even if you plan to stay in to rest. Room is spacious. It's like a loft apar**ent. Have bathtub and shower. Food is good. Appropriate amount of food selection. Location is not lively enough. Its new place. Parking is okay. Not really suitable for older or OKU people. During peak hours, taking elevator is a nigh**are. Only 2 small elevator.

I’m a returning guest and chose this hotel each time I had work travel here. I love the room space—spacious as I always brought with me luggage & many stuffs. Work table and wifi are provided. Convenient located near to many eateries. Parking lot with lower fare is opposite the hotel so need to walk to next building but no problem for me. Toilet is clean and amenities also provided. Love the simple deco in the room. Keep up good service👍🏻

4 days here. Location strategy and being near town. It is easy to find parking, even when I come back to the hotel early in the morning. The receptionists (guys) were very helpful. Housekeeping workers clean my room every day, and I am very satisfied with them. Good job! I just don’t try their foods, so I don’t know the taste here.

received a free upgrade to deluxe room as we have waited too long to check in. the room was both comfortable and newly furnished, ensuring a pleasant stay. Despite encountering an issue with the TV, which couldn't be resolved, I still managed to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. Breakfast was good but could have been more variety in the options offered. Currently, only one restaurant is open. overall, we left feeling content with our stay, appreciating the efforts made by the hotel staff to accommodate guests and ensure a pleasant experience.

HOTEL VERY GOOD AND NICE . HAVE A NICE POOL AND DESTINATION TO MUZIUM ONLY TAKE 5 MINUTES FROM HOTEL . I WILL REPEAT AGAIN AND TELL ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO COME THERE.
