Location and service very good. The room was also extraordinarily clean!! However, the hotel is ”in the years”, i.e. unmodern, old-fashioned and yesterday. furniture rustic and dark brown. Small shower in which you can hardly turn. Toilet closed. Small room with small mini-TV and rugby picture.

We were in Dusseldorf for work 10 days, and stayed at this hotel. The hotel is in a very quiet residential area of the city. Not small . A small reception is located next to the breakfast area. The rooms are spacious. Furniture and decoration corresponds to a 3 star hotel. There is only soap in the bathroom. There are no slippers. Cleaned not bad. Very good breakfast for a hotel of this level. They do not understand very well in English. Nevertheless, they were satisfied with the hotel. There are smoke rooms. The city center is about 15 minutes by car. We were in Dusseldorf for 10 days and stayed at this hotel. The hotel is in a very quiet residential area of the city. Not small. A small registration hall is next to the breakfast area. Rooms are spacious. Furniture and finishing are matched to a 3-star hotel. In the bathroom only soap. There are no slippers. They are cleaned not bad. Very good breakfast for a hotel of this level. They don't understand English very well. However, they stayed satisfied with the hotel. There are smoke rooms. About 15 minutes by car to the city center.

A completely renovated and digitalized hotel. Fantastic furniture and great facilities. The breakfast was buffet and a big Deal. Fresh and Apple. The Rates wäre unbeatable. Will book it again. What i rallye appreciate is the multilingual Staff. Well mannered and well informed. I Was here 5 years back, it is a huge difference.

My stay in this hotel was not bad in fact, but I have been lately hanging a few negative things. But first the positive at this hotel. The check-in passed smoothly and without problems. I had received a clean and quiet room on the side of the street. The greeting drink + cocktail at night was delicious and the staff were friendly. The breakfast at morning was then delicious. The lobby/bar area I liked the morning better than the evening before. Now I come to the negative things that I regret to be noticed and also remained hanging. The staff at morning was unfortunately the opposite of the evening before. I did not find a answer to a good morning, especially with a staff member. I also find breakfast at €17 too expensive. In all other moxis in Germany, this costs, according to the official website, €10 or €12 and in another €15. This can not save the beautiful presentation of the buffet and the taste. Fortunately, as Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Member, I had a 10$ Welcome gift to minimize the price with it. I want to treat the design of the room neutral at this point. I like it, but I find the style that is currently being used in Moxy better and more successful. In the room there is less deposit possibility and the bathroom worked very dark through the black tiles. Finally, I can say that I had my first and last stay here, unfortunately.

Stayed for 2 nights at this 4 star hotel in the middle of Hilden close to the shopping street and about 15 min walk from the station. The lobby, restaurant/breakfast room was recently renovated because of a serious flooding a couple of years ago. They did a good job, the interior in this part of the hotel has been updated with a very contemporary feel to it. We booked a standard room, however the heating was not working properly and we got upgraded immediately which was very much appreciated. The rooms, looked a little bit dated, but were to my delight utterly spotless. The bathrooms especially the shower trays and doors were immaculate, although some water was leaking onto the bathroom floor when using the shower. The housekeeping department is doing a good job for sure. I was pleased to see soap dispensers installed rather than having all those little customary bottles with soap and gel, saving on plastic. Good forward environmental thinking. Because the floor covering was carpet rather than tiles or laminate I would have liked some of those hotel slippers that are customary in most hotels these days. Also as a 4 star I would expect an iron and board in the room for convenience. The breakfast offerings are the usual fare and I was pleased to see milk alternatives available. The breakfast room was quite busy and you could do with an extra member of staff looking after the buffet to replenish it in time. All in all I very much enjoyed my stay here. I think that the room rate charged is very fair and honest but thought that the prize for the breakfast per person maybe at 17 Euros is a bit steep. However, I wholeheartedly can recommend this hotel.

Three night stay at this hotel for business meetings in the area. Very clean and neat lobby and room. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke english perfectly. I was not a fan of the marshmallow pillows. Room is pure basic and was adequate. Good hot water supply. I did not try the breakfast so can't comment on that. Biggest drawback was the lack of proximity to any incidental ammenaties or food establishments. There are no convenience stores near by (2-3 kilometers walking distance to the nearest one) and none in the hotel (small refrigerator in the hotel lobby where you can buy limited soft drinks and snacks at the front desk). The hotel would do well to establish a gift shop/convenience store to service thier patrons due to the lack of availability of such in the area. It would have been nice to acquire a cup of coffee any time of day but especially in the morning when a full cost breakfast was the only way to acquire this. Overall though, a pleasant stay with pleasant staff.

We were attending a wedding party in Düsseldorf with other friends and we just picked this local hotel because it was convenient but we were surprised to see that bit only it was super clean and comfortable but gorgeous too. Their restaurant which we used for breakfast was situated in trees and stream passing by. Very cute and quality of food and variety was great. Very friendly people at counter and kitchen and all over I definitely go back and recommend it if you are not 1st time tourist visiting the town.

Reserved for one night with grandson (11) as a base for a visit to Neanderthal. Private underground parking, not too wide but more convenient than searching for a place on the street. Friendly welcome but you can best know what German, English or any other language is clearly not their fort. No too large room, but enough for 1 night. Flask of water and tea, no coffee, available. No TV or telephone guide, but menu from the in-house Italian restaurant La Scala. No air conditioning in the room but a window but at higher outdoor temperatures, no cool room. We were both of the same about the poor quality of the head coats, and according to the good German custom, you must make your bed yourself, Maw, throw a layer on it and the donut cover on it again. Bathroom spacious and beautiful with inlet-regen shower, hairdryer also available. Beautiful indoor pool, pleasant water temperature, clothing cabins and free towels available. Only the lockers were not accessible, 4 bedrooms, which is a little on the saving side. Also sauna accessible, only sad that some guests want to use it naked, which is their right of course, but yet less attention in a The hotel is located in the centre of the city, and the hotel is located in the centre of the city. The price is excellent, modern and fast mode, the surrounding environment is okay, and it is relatively simple. If you choose to stay overnight temporarily, the parking lot is charged. The hotel's underground closed safety is guaranteed. Let's be clear, 3 stars because, for €54 euro, you have to manage your expectations and you can't expect the finest in hotel experiences. So thinking that I only give it 3 is not an endorsement. When I arrived the guy behind the check in desk had his feet on the said desk and was on the phone telling off another guest, telling them ”if you're not here by 21:00 hours you're not getting in, that's the way it is”. After a brief wait, he seemed nice enough. He checked me in (passport not needed 😳). So after parking the car we made our way to our room. Now I wasn't disappointed because again..pay €54 don't expect much but I felt I stepped back in time to the 70's the wallpaper was peeling, the integrated alarm clock bust and wiring hanging loose around the place. If you need a place to sleep for one night and you don't expect much, it will do. If you want multiple nights or are expecting more...pay a little more and find another place.
