Staff is helpful and friendly. Room is spacious and clean. Easy to go around. Good window view. Everything is great except no fridge. It stops me from booking it for a long stay.

該酒店服務很差，房間走廊都有異味，很少有服務人員出現。 希望中國遊客不要住這家酒店。攜程也應該對境外酒店設立評分管理機制。 不是什麼酒店都可以在網上賣的

酒店距離Ealing Boardway 地鐵站約8分鐘步程，屬於這區的中心，但不像Zone 1 / 2那麼多人多車，附近很多高評分餐廳，亦有多間大小超市，生活便利性很高。酒店在2018年開業，所以感覺很新，而且房間尺寸比近倫敦中心的那些酒店大很多，再來倫敦也會考慮這住這區。
