Great location -- central to most sightseeing places. Took pictures with most game on the resort -- event names one of the baby Zebras Tina Turner because of its mane

Crystal Springs is a well established resort that has provided us with many happy holidays. The resort itself provides a beautiful relaxing back to nature experience with many activities to keep you occupied and entertained. There is an abundance of wildlife for your viewing pleasure. Unfortunately, the Provincial and Municipal maintenance of roads and infrastructure makes driving dangerous and can cause extensive damage to your vehicles. In addition, the reported high crime rates outside of the resort and while travelling within Mpumalanga is a matter to be considered, as you are at risk if your vehicle has a flat tyre (thanks to the potholed roads) or when stopping at some of the beautiful scenic spots.

You will need a car -- to get there, to get around the BIG resort, and to drive the Panorama Route -- but this resort is fantastic! We loved the wildlife wandering the resort, the optional game drive, the restaurant/food, and accommodations were spacious and comfortable. One of my favorite vacations EVER. Highly, highly recommend!!

Beautiful views all around. Lots to do and if you just want to relax you can do that as well. Accommodation is well maintained with everything you need.

Good, not bad for family vacation, I wouldn't mind coming back with my kids. The receptionists and the guy at the games room were very nice and friendly.

Staying at Crystal Springs was pure joy. Although the wine glasses were small and the shop did not stock any bigger ones, we enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, well kept and super serviced Lodge. Keep it up (please buy bigger wine glases)

The place is beautiful, clean, well maintained and most beautiful views,as it is in the mountains. Not to mention the excellent service the staff gives us. One thing to take note of when booking their Club suites for couples. They should make one bed, the 2 beds thingy is not comfortable for a couple.

will definitely return with my kids next time I love the view it's breathtaking not forgetting to the pools with hot water.
