We had an cancellation of flight in Caxias do Sul, at 16/10/2023, and the airline LATAM, travelled us to Porto Alegre and hosted us at almost 30 km from the airport. We arrived at the hotel, around 21h. there was only one official to allocate about 30 people from a microbus. The company also released the consumption for dinner at Room Service, requests for me and for two more rooms travelling with me. The request was made by us at 21:37. It was a hamburger that arrived at 0h in my room, a soup and a salad that arrived in my sister's room at 1:47 and two sandwiches in another apartment of a friend couple, who received about 1:40 too. We were going out of the hotel at 3 p.m. to get the flight in time, that is, we could not even sleep or eat right. The apartment was good, but the service experience was scary not for the staff who were there, but for the lack of management planning to ensure when they accept such requests, have sufficient staff to meet the demand for peak moments.

The hotel needs to improve a little, in the matter of the bread served at breakfast, which they don't want. No cheese bread had. After all, everything went very well.

If you want to lay on a rigid bed and get sand flee bites... go ahead! (ho and please explain how there could have been sand flees when so far from a beach!?!?!) Only one employee was bilingual and nice. The others were ”in training” or not interested in giving customer service. The breakfast buffet was basic and awful to say the least. If I had know that almost no deliveries were possible in the area for the other meals, I would have stayed elsewhere.

Breakfast is excellent, note 10 service, clean, organized and hygienic rooms. The hotel meets all prevention safety standards at covid-19. It has excellent breakfast and dinner options, not to mention the privileged location.

The hotel is just opposite the Alegre Port bus stop. It is especially suitable for passengers in transit. It is known that there are no trains in Brazil. Long-distance buses are the main means of transportation from the state capital to the cities in various regions. There are some clocks in the lobby that look like some ages and look very good. The reception English at the front desk was not bad in Brazil, and the service was very warm. The room is neat and tidy. Breakfast is on the back of the three-way, more typical Brazilian breakfast.

A spacious and comfortable apartment. Excellent cost-benefit.
