一個開發中的新區，周邊都是未入住的住宅，晚上很安靜。前台辦理房卡速度很快，房間也很寬敞，熱水很快，布草很舒服。早餐很簡單，但是家常味道，不難吃。服務人員很熱心，早上下樓的時候，不但禮貌問好，還特地提醒地滑。周邊吃的確實太少，需要開車五分鐘去別的地方。

房間乾淨整潔衞生，就是地理位置挺偏的，周圍沒有什麼吃的。本來是奔着梁子湖的沙灘去的，結果第二天變天下雨，到了之後梁子湖的地方沒有什麼可以玩兒的，需要購買門票，估計是需要上島上才有孩子們玩兒的
