I made a booking with these guys, which they had to cancel due to the COVID-19 VIC Lockdowns that Ski Season. That is fair enough - and not Cedarwood's fault. HOWEVER !!! - they KEPT $650.00 of my Booking Fee for NOTHING. When I challenged her on it, their answer was "Our Landlords/Owners are "Bleeding, with no Bookings this Season". When I told her "So am I bleeding in my Business", she got all huffy and attitudinal - just RUDE. AND to this Day, they stole my $650.00. NOTE - Two Other Holidays I had booked (and got cancelled) that same year - I got FULL 100% Refunds... (from Airlines and/or Accommodation Providers). SO - JUST DO NOT BOOK AT CEDARWOOD !!! I NEVER WILL AGAIN.
