We are a family of 5 (youngest 8) stayed 2 nights in august. We had a lovely time. The room was great and clean and spacious. Slightly strange Juliet (shared interconnecting) shower between bathrooms. Pool and bar and loungers nice and clean and not too crowded. An easy 5- 10 min drive to beach and restaurants but we did half board so only did this for beach trip. Food and restaurant service was great and kids loved the buffet. Prices for snacks and drinks reasonable for a strong 4.5 star hotel. We would return without hesitation.

Прекрасный отель. Останавливались на одну ночь, брали одно-комнатные апартаменты. Переживали, что не будет еще одной кровати для ребенка. В итоге в спальне была огромная двуспальная кровать, а в гостиной 2 раскладывающихся дивана. Поэтому в целом 2 взрослых и 2 детей, разместятся в комфорте. В апартаментах было все самое необходимое для приготовления пищи, кастрюли, сковородки, ложки, вилки и тд. Так же есть холодильник, плита, микроволновка. Стиральная машина.

Hotel com instalações 5 estrelas mas atendimento um pouco aquém das espectativas. Bom pequeno almoço. Quartos com excelente decoração e com todas as comodidades necessárias. Check in previsto às 16h00, no entanto quando chegámos o quarto ainda não estava pronto. Tivemos de aguardar meia hora, no entanto ofereceram-nos uma bebida no bar da piscina enquanto aguardámos.
Experiência a repetir!

Very nice hotel & spacey rooms. Very friendly staff at the restaurant and delicious breakfast & dinner. House maids also did a good job.
We got an apar**ent with mould not only on the frame of 1 window, but also on doors, other windows. The smell of mould was strong as we entered the appar**ent. As hotel on this level, one would expect an apar**ent at this state should not be given to a customer in the first place. We were, however, offered another apar**ent only 5 minutes after claiming. Indoor pool & spa facilities very indifferent in consideration of this hotel of 5 star.
The surrounding areas of the hotel very nice.

All good. We have been coming here for the last 10 years.
It would be appreciated if we did not get asked "is this your first time here?" every time we check in. Surely there must be a record of previous stays.
A heated outdoor pool would also be a great addition.

Surprised how disappointed we were by our stay here based on all the good reviews. I dare say both meals we had in the restaurant (supper and breakfast) were the worst of over a week in Portugal. Pool was nice, service was good. It was nice having a large accommodation - I could see it being beneficial for a long term stay
