We have stayed at this Hampton multiple times on our trips from Florida to Pa and we were completely happy in the past. But, this time we checked in online and stopped at front desk for our keys. The room selected for us was not cleaned...unmade bed, towels on floor and room in disarray. We returned to front desk and a very nice person (Victoria I believe) apologized profusely and assigned another room. This time the room appeared fine; after we unpacked saw that the bath sink did not drain and was somewhat unclean with dead flying insects in it. I picked up the phone to notify the front desk but the phone buttons did not work so used my cell phone. We were not going to ask for a chg of room but wanted to be respectful in reporting issues for the next guest. This morning I see that the alarm clock does not work. Although these were not deal breakers for chging a room after being on the road 10 hours, they were inconveniences that have never happened to me in over a decade being a Hilton honors member and traveling frequently in business. Check out your room before unpacking or explore other hotel options.
