When we visit the grands - they love to spend one night in the hotel with us. The rooms accommodate well, with 2 queens and a sleep sofa. It's great to have the kitchenette & living area & they think the "free" breakfast is amazing. This is our 2nd stay. The room was clean and the rest of the amenities are as well. Plus the price is family friendly too!

This is normally my favorite hotel that i like to stay at when I visit Nashville. They had live music on this particular day. Unfortunately we had to stay on the lower level. It felt like I was in a dungeon and I was a bit claustrophobic. The bathroom fan stayed on all night. There was no way to turn it off. We had to get extra sheets and towels for the room. The lady at the front desk was super sweet.

This is my third time staying at this hotel and every time has been a wonderful experience. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The area around the hotel is great for walking dogs if you have one and tons of options for food. While I was there they were having a whiskey tasting with appetizers and it was so pleasant. The bartenders were friendly as well and breakfast was honestly one of the better hotel breakfasts I’ve had.

The property was very clean. My toilet wouldn't flush but maintenence was able to fix it. Bob down at the bar was incredible. They had a live band in there but the kitchen was closed all week. The following night the bar wasnt open and the manager couldn't pour. Overall I may visit again. The issues are easily fixable and most likely one offs.

The only thing we didn’t like was being on Lower Level and the outside light shining all night…but with the Nashville snow, the staff did amazing!

The hotel is very modern and nice. When you arrive, you’ll see the breakfast area and there is also a nice patio with a TV. Check in was very easy and quick. There is an indoor heated pool. There is no hot tub. There is also a fitness room next door to the pool.
The breakfast area is nice and modern but the food itself is not great. It’s presented nice. Sausage, eggs and pancakes are the basics. The fruit was good.
The rooms are modern and nicely arranged. The bathroom door is a barn door and the bathroom is very pretty. There are electronic blinds- blackout and sheer. One large TV, couch, large bar which doubles as a desk with plug outlets. The only draw backs for me was no hot tub and the food didn’t taste that great. Otherwise, I was very happy with the price, cleanliness and amenities. The location of the hotel is my favorite area to stay. Lots of restaurants and the mall is close by. Downtown Franklin is also close by.

Everything including the location was great. My only complaint was that the remote blinds in the bed area would not close and there was no maintenance to fix them before we went to bed. Service was great and front desk staff was friendly and attentive.
