"Everything is good except for the shower. It doesn't work at all. The water flows like a foam. I can't wash my hair. Other than that, it's good. There's a kitchen as well. Close to the helicopter that will take you up. Very good."

"A very good hotel. The concierge will provide free valet parking. The front desk staff are also friendly and enthusiastic. They will answer and satisfy all questions. The dinner is 5 courses and the service is also very good. I am very satisfied. I will stay here next time when I go to the west coast. Will choose."

"A beautiful area just outside of Franz Josef. It's nearby the road, so you may get some traffic noise. Other than that, it was a quiet and restful night there. We could see the milky way at night!
We had a studio, so no kitchen but a microwave was available. There's a laundry as well. Wifi was good.
The manager was very friendly and allowed us to fill out campervan with water."

"The hotel is located on the edge of FRANZE GLACIER. It is very convenient to go to the trail the next day to see the glacier. It is very convenient, motel, suite, with kitchen, it feels great!"

"Overall it was a particularly good choice near the fox glacier, and all the rooms were fully booked on the day. The cabin is equipped with the kitchen utensils needed, but there is no dishwasher. The only fly in the ointment is that there is a bathroom, which is used in line, but overall it is the best choice."

"A good choice as a stop after a day's drive up north along the west coast highway and after a walk around Lake Matheson at the dusk. The motel is easy to locate. Kitchen is well-layout and it will be super if there is an electric stove and pots. The bathroom will be more use-friendly if some hooks are installed on the wall for towels and clothings."

"Standard motel, one king bed + one small bed, one family of three, with simple kitchen equipment. There is a heater in the living room, and the small clothes that can be washed can be dried very quickly. The back of the hotel is very open and there is a pony."

We been there cold seasons, planning to go Josph glacier. But due to bad weather conditions we left early than we planned . No comment for the service s. Bcos they don’t have services ."

TTomtanchThe hotel seems new and all the rooms were very clean. There was also a nice little kitchen and a spa bath tub, which we did not find the time to use. Special mention to the kind lady at the reception who was very helpful and informative. Thanks!
We drove to visit the Fox Glacier Walk and the Lake Matheson Trail, which was about half an hour drive away. There were supermarkets nearby in case one planned to cook or dine in at the restaurants.

On the night of the day we stayed, the boss specially posted a note to us at the reception. The heating in the room was already open, and it was very heart-warming. The hotel is just opposite the Glacier reservation hall and is just a minute's walk away. The location is very convenient. Very worthy of recommendation.

New Zealand hotel prices are generally higher after the epidemic, but this one is really cheap in the town.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located a few minutes walk from the bus station. The rooms are well-equipped and clean. Although the hotel is called a motel, it is actually very comfortable and convenient for non-self-driving travelers. The hotel owner is very friendly and sincere, and is a reasonable young man. We had no choice of bus because there was only one bus arriving in the morning, and it was raining. We urgently needed to check in early. The hotel occupancy rate was full, and we understood that it was difficult for the hotel, but the hotel still arranged to clean a room for us in advance. The two waitresses were also very kind, friendly and enthusiastic, and easy to communicate with. In short, choosing this hotel makes you feel at home. I recommend this hotel.

劉劉The law-abiding backpacker hotel, we stayed for two days, the two-person room did not have a separate bathroom, but was assigned to a house, just no other guests, we will have that one. The saloon can also ~ the kitchen also provides basic pots and pans, etc. ~ Advantages, there is a complimentary breakfast, and there is a hot soup in the evening, although they are all the same thing! And parking is convenient! Disadvantages, I don't know if we are on the side or not, I can't even get wifi, I just ran to the saloon, and there was a bit of noise when it rained, because the roof of the corridor is iron, but the room is not, barely Not too noisy.
