TKP SUNLIFE HOTEL

Hakata

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Oriental Hotel in Fukuoka, and it was truly an experience to remember. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm Japanese hospitality and was quickly checked-in by the friendly staff. The lobby was beautifully decorated. My room was clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The high-speed Wi-Fi was reliable, which was a plus for my trip. The bed was comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of both Japanese and Western options. The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a short walk from the train and bus stations, which is full of shopping, and restaurants. My overall experience was fantastic. The Oriental Hotel Fukuoka offers a comfortable stay, excellent service, and a unique blend of tradition and modernity. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fukuoka! .
SG Residence Inn Hakata

A family of three chose SG Travel Hotel for a family trip. The transportation is quite convenient. It is about a 15-minute walk from Hakata Station. It is easy to find it by following the navigation. The room is relatively large for Japan. The two double beds and the sofa bed are enough for a family to stay in. However, the springs of the mattress make a sound when turned around, and the sofa bed also collapses obviously, making sleeping uncomfortable. . It may be located on the side of the road. Although I stayed on the 7th floor this time, the traffic on the road was still very noisy at night, making it difficult to sleep. I like that there is a washing machine attached so you can wash clothes at any time, which is very convenient. However, be sure to pay attention to your email message before checking in. The hotel will send you a check-in ID and password. You must register before checking in to save check-in time. Overall, it's a good family-style accommodation experience! Highly recommended if a traveler.

I didn't get an email even after an hour of check-in time. Fortunately, I contacted the Trip.com customer center and received a password. The bed was turned off, but it doesn't hurt to sleep. The details are dirty, but all the acquaintances I went with were satisfied. Wi-Fi is fast. There is a dryer, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot. It was nice because it was wider than I thought. 10 minutes walk from Hakata Station and 3 minutes walk from Family Mart and 7-Eleven!

(Please scroll down for English version) Check-in date: 2/3-7/3 (two separate bookings) Room type: Most Pingguoge (three-bed non-smoking single room) Price: Average price is about 650HKD per night (other hotels cost over 1,000HKD at that time) Type: Three-person family trip Comments: You will see a lot of people commenting that they can go far from Hakata Station without the entrance code. I've been thinking about it for two weeks because of those comments on e.com. As a result, none of them were correct. First of all, after you book a room, you will receive an email from the hotel. It clearly states that you need to pre-check in. It will be OK to return the basic personal information and submit the passport. After completing this, you will receive Two passwords. One is the code for the door of the building, and the other is the code for the key box hanging on the door. The door is locked with a key, so there is no ridiculous thing like someone saying that the electronic door lock is not powered and makes it impossible to enter the room. When you go to the lobby, you have to use your iPad to check in (ipad has multiple language options). If you do a pre-check-in before departure, you will quickly go through the check-in procedures. Remember, although he There is the word ”hotel” but it means ”condo” after it. In fact, it means ”B&B”. In addition, people have already stated that this is an unmanned hotel. I don't understand why anyone would expect service. Although there is no one in the hotel, I tried sending email to their customer service morning, afternoon, night and early morning, and they could keep replying to me within 10 minutes. As for traveling far away, my parents, who are over 60 years old, don't think it's far away. Basically, it took 5-6 minutes to arrive at the entrance next to Hakata Station (it rained heavily one night, so it only took about 2-3 minutes to take a taxi back to the B&B from Hakata Station). In terms of cleanliness, there are indeed some unclean places. The main reason is that the floor has quite a few traces of luggage. The rest are clean. There is a washing machine in front of the room, as well as laundry detergent, toothpaste and toothbrushes, and shower liquid and shampoo (made in Japan). The kitchen is fully equipped and the refrigerator is large. Quiet and not noisy at night. There is a relatively large 7-11 convenience store nearby (2mins) away. If you are driving, there are several parking options near the building. Overall, the price is very affordable. 👍🏻 Period: 2/3-7/3 (booked separately) Room Type: Standard Triple Non-Smoking Room Price: Average of around 650HKD per night (at that time, other hotels were over 1000HKD) Type of Travel: Family trip with three people Review: You may come across reviews from other people mentioning the lack of an entrance code and the distance from Hakata Station. These reviews made me hesitate for two weeks. However, none of those concerns turned out to be true. Firstly, after booking, you will receive an email from the hotel clearly stating that you need to complete a pre-check-in process. You just need to provide basic personal information and upload a photo of your passport. Once completed, you will receive two codes: one for the building entrance and another for the key box attached to your room door. The room door is locked with a key, so there is no issue with electronic locks running out of power. When you arrive at the lobby, you need to use the provided iPad for self-check-in (multiple language options available). If you completed the pre-check-in process before your arrival, the check-in procedure will be very quick. It's important to note that although it has ”hotel” in the name , it is actually a condominium-style accommodation. They have already mentioned that it is an unmanned hotel, so I don't understand why some people expect full service. Although there are no staff at the front desk, I have personally sent emails to their customer service at various times, and they have always replied within 10 minutes. As for the distance from Hakata Station, even with my parents in their 60s, they didn't find it far. It typically takes only 5-6 minutes to walk to the entrance near Hakata Station (one night when it was raining heavily, taking a taxi from Hakata Station to the accommodation only took about 2-3 minutes). Regarding cleanliness, there were indeed some areas that were not perfectly clean, mainly some marks on the floor from luggage. However, the rest of the room was clean. The room is equipped with a washing machine, and they provide laundry detergent, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and Japanese-made shower gel and shampoo. The kitchen facilities are complete, and the refrigerator is spacious. The nights are quiet, without any noise disturbances. There is a relatively large 7-11 convenience store nearby (2 minutes' walk). If you are driving, there are several parking lots near the building to choose from . Overall, considering the price, it is a very cost-effective option. 👍🏻

We used it in Di Youth. It was a plan to have afternoon tea in the room, but when you open the box delivered, it's like a jewel! All delicious! I was happy to hear that the makers were devising one by one. The only request is that the box is two people, but there are only one sweets, so I thought I would like to cut it in advance or small it. The cute soda of the welcome drink was also unusual and very good. The room was chapter4 DX twin family, but it was clean and equipped with humidifiers and Illy espresso machines. The bath is separate and large and you can enjoy a multifunctional shower. I was able to spend a slow time changing to a comfortable pajamas. It is perfect for the corona pass and I wanted to use it again, but it seems that the same plan is disappearing now. I am looking forward to reconsidering you. The baked confectionery purchased next to the front desk on the return was delicious.
