As hotel prices have soared recently, I found a great plan for One Harmony members at a pinpoint. Along with national travel support, it was a price that has not been possible in recent years. The amenities are as substantial as before, with USB chargers and extension cords, and the complementary USB outlets that are commonplace in recent business hotels are also firmly available. Breakfast was a half buffet for a while, but this time the full buffet was revived and a sufficient number of items were prepared. Overall, I felt like I finally returned to front of Corona. Ritz Carlton will open in June, but the real pleasure of Ritz is the club lounge. I'm not saying that, but I would like you to make a club floor if you have the opportunity to renovate next time.

I like old fashion hotels, but this one just feels old. Room was extremely basic, restroom ugly, and pillows uncomfortable. Japanese breakfast was elegant but hard to digests. The buffet breakfast had some options, but still limited. But the worst part is that you need to pay extra usd 22 to use a small gym! I wish I knew earlier… I won’t stay here again. Location is convenient though just walking distance from the station.

I've been to Fukuoka multiple times and previously stayed at other establishments that simply cannot match the Ritz. Got a king room for my honeymoon. Really appreciate Sanjay and rest of staff making us feel very appreciated from check-in until departure. The level of attentiveness was impressive, and people here speak good English. Location is quite good, close to metro/bus stops, Ohori park,and plenty of eateries/shopping/yatai's. Room is as modern as you'd expect. Bed and bathroom are very comfortable - other hotels are going to struggle to match this level of sophistication. I really appreciated the amount of space vs the typical Japanese hotel. Great amount of amenities. Minor suggestions for improvement - in-room snacks - we got the impression that several of the snacks were complimentary. After we checked out, we discovered that they were not, an unpleasant surprise. Some better communication here would be valuable. Late check out - as an Elite member at check-in we were told that late check out would be offered. However, on the day of I discovered that I still had to call to ask for late check out, and then I had to wait a bit until they called back to confirm. The small details matter in delivering a flawless experience. Still, these are relatively minor things and overall we were very satisfied with our stay. On our next stay to lovely Fukuoka we'd definitely only stay here. Book it, you won't regret it.

Because it is a new hotel, the building is beautiful and it smelled good every time I returned to the hotel! I used this place on my first trip to Fukuoka. I imagined a business hotel, but I had a gift for my children, and I was able to spend fun with my children! I stayed at １ to take the qualification test. It was located near Nakasu Kawabata Subway Station and was conveniently located near Hakata Riverain. The weather was fine on the day of the test, and I passed through the side of Across Fukuoka to Tenjin at the test venue and arrived in about 15 minutes on foot. In order to prevent the new corona, the amenities were selected next to the front desk, and the cup in the room was a paper cup, but considering it as an infection control measure due to the corona virus, this is one of the methods considered. The room was calm, on the side that did not face the big street on the ５ floor, and I didn't mind the noise, so I took a rest. Breakfast was a room meal as a measure against corona, and I was sorry that the hotel brought it to the room. It was a form of eating from the bread or miscellaneous rice choice the day before, and it was delicious and balanced breakfast than expected. Alcohol disinfectants are placed in various places, and I have the impression that consideration is given to measures against the new corona infection, and I would like to use it if I have another chance.
