Hotel Seespitz Seefeld Superior

If you are looking for a luxury accommodation with excellent views, amazing facilities and staff with the highest attention to detail then don't go past this hotel. I can honestly say I have never been treated nicer in any accommodation experience in my life. Special mention for Olena at reception who made us feel like we were home! The breakfast staff were exceptional, always wanting to serve you and nothing was a trouble for them. For me, it's not good bye, it's see you again soon. We will definitely be back!!

My sister and I stayed for three nights and we experienced absolutely exceptional customer service. We felt like family. We had booked to stay in an apartment elsewhere in Seefeld but found it unsuitable. We visited Seespitz to inquire about room availability and were immediately welcomed with the warm, friendly personality of Olena. Olena organised a welcome drink for us while she prepared our check in. Olena also organised with Michael to take us back to our original apartment to collect our luggage. I was floored by the hospitality. Our rooms were upgraded to lake view rooms and, my goodness, what a view of not only the lake but of the incredible mountains. Breakfast each morning was the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. Everything was fresh, delicious and there was such a variety. The waitstaff were very attentive and made sure everyone was comfortable. I’ve never had such fantastic service. The wellness spa area is beautiful. Swimming from the indoor pool into the outdoor pool in the rain was awesome. The sauna was lovely too. I highly recommend this hotel as the facilities were amazing but the staff really took this hotel above and beyond expectations.

Nice rooms, comfortable beds, lovely waitstaff, but humorless aggressive management. We received multiple lectures and passive aggressive notes from the manager of the hotel during our week long stay. Despite the lovely hotel setting, many in our group felt that we under the uncomfortable gaze of an unhappy headmistress rather than guests of the hotel spending large amounts of money.

This was our 4th visit to this hotel Always great service from reception (Noah and Olga are great…lovely to see them again) I’d always have a room with a lake view Spotless and clean Restaurant has wonderful staff and food (although we only stay for BB since we enjoy the Seefeld restaurants outside); They don’t advertise with the main holiday companies, which is good, as the prices are able to maintain the service and high customer service standards which may not always be the same with the large tour companies. The station is 5 mins walk, but they do offer a pick up from their if you have luggage Best kept secret in Seefeld, See you next time

Our second visit to this fantastic hotel. Beautiful location, great activities for all ages and brilliant friendly staff who go to great lengths to ensure your stay is comfortable and relaxing. Nothing is too much trouble! All of the facilities are excellent and the pool and food are spectacular. We highly recommend and will be visiting again soon!

An amazing hotel in a wonderful setting. Seefeld is situated on a 1200 m plateau, has infinite possibilities for recreation, lots of sunshine and wonderful views of mountains. We saw it all, including the lake, from our windows and terrace. The two very best things about this hotel are the swimming pools, especially the outside one with heated water, and the excellent cuisine. The hotel is all done in very good taste and the staff are perfectly friendly. If you want luxury and beauty, this is a hotel for you!

Our 2nd visit to this hotel, based solely on the experience of our first visit. we were not disappointed, nothing had changed. From our initial greeting with Noah, to the exceptional dedication from our waiter Plamen, all of the staff were warm, helpful, accommodating and friendly. We opted for a junior loft, the wall to wall, and floor to ceiling window, looked out over Seefeld with the Wetterstein Alps as a backdrop. We were on half board, the choices of food at breakfast and in the evening were excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed every meal, including the afternoon snacks. The addition of the hotel’s own shuttle service to the Rosshütte was a pleasant and welcome surprise. We look forward to our next visit and would just like to say thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our holiday so enjoyable and relaxing. Ian & Sally Johnson

22nd February 2023 to 1st March 2023: we are mid stay but I'm writing now whilst all is fresh in my mind. We are a family of 3, husband and wife in room 316, and 25 year old daughter in room 309, both immaculate, spacious, equipped with all you could need and with splendid views from our balconies of lake Wildsee which is right next to the hotel. Rooms are warm too...as I write this it is minus 5 C outside! The staff here are quite exceptional; all so friendly, polite and helpful. They are a great credit to this fine establishment. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean. There is a bar area with a cosy fire in the evenings, plus outside seating. A large restaurant area with well spaced comfortable tables, and a lovely Spa area with all you could want. Food is excellent; buffet breakfast with a large choice, and great 6 course evening dinners which start with salad from the first class buffet; followed by a choice of starter; then a choice of soup from the buffet; then a choice of main course; pudding; and finally cheese from the buffet. You don't have to have everything of course. The atmosphere is very relaxed; you can dress up or be as casual as you want. The wine list is excellent; so says our daughter who is in the wine trade. We really highly recommend this establishment.

We stayed for 6 nights and would not hesitate to do it again. We had a junior suite which was very comfortable and spotless. In fact, the entire hotel is very clean. We opted for the half board which was a great value. The breakfast is great with many options including eggs to order. The 5 course dinner was fantastic and the service by Plamen was exceptional. Thank you so much Plamen - you made dinners so much nicer. The rate also included a voucher which could be used in the afternoon. We hiked around the region and coming back to the Seespitz at the end of the day was just the best. They even have hiking poles you can use! As the saying goes, try it you will like it.
