We called for the transportation. The guy was extremely rude and end up hanging up on me. When I got to the hotel, He was very agitated and rude and when I went to get water he was very rude to another couple checking in. Then in the morning we went to get on our reserved transportation back to the airport and the driver had called in, but we weren't notified until 5:00 a.m. when we were supposed to leave, there was 15 of us waiting to get on the bus. We all had to pay for our own lifts and we weren't even notified until it was time for the driver to leave with us

The person at the front desk was extremely nice an helpful. Also the person working in the breakfast department was very helpful. So we were taken care of in a friendly manner.

Everything was fine other than the up lights outside shining directly into my room. Even the blackout shade did not help.

The property was fine. Staff members were very friendly and helpful.
What I can't get past is ....what I believe I booked (a king suite with a door separating the bedroom and the living area) is not what I got. I booked through ******* and called the hotel itself to be sure what I booked was what I wanted. Even after checking to be sure I booked what I wanted when we checked in we got a king suite all in one room. NOT WHAT I WANTED. They could not change us to what we thought we booked as they were sold out. I COULD NOT GET PAST BEING PUT IN A ROOM I DID NOT WANT AND AS A RESULT REMAINED ANGRY FOR THE INTIRE WEEKEND. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
