Doubletree by Hilton Hotels in Guangzhou

Hilton, a well-established five-star brand, truly impresses. This particular Hilton boasts an excellent location, being very close to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street. The rooms are also situated on higher floors, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel breakfast offered an extensive variety of dishes, and its quality definitely met five-star standards. The front desk service was also excellent, as they even offered freshly baked cookies and fruit. Moreover, the doorman at the entrance was wonderfully friendly and professional, greeting every guest with a smile whether they were arriving, departing, or simply getting in or out of a car.

I arrived and the first thing was to ask me, although everything was prepaid for a security deposit, which I refused as under my condition, staying for only one night leaving next morning, was ridiculous. They accepted and understood. Breakfast was ok, without more to praise, the room was ok, staff was ok, without any extra charm, nor sparkle. Nice location and easy access.

**Facilities:** All the hotel facilities are brand new. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, the shower pressure is excellent, and the provided toiletries are fantastic. **Ambiance:** The ambiance definitely gets a 5-star rating! Our room was flooded with natural sunlight, creating a very relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere. **Service:** Check-in was quick and efficient. The front desk staff warmly explained the operating hours of the hotel's facilities and thoughtfully asked if we needed an extra set of toiletries for our child. This was a really considerate touch!
