Service is friendly, and location is close to both the Vanke mall nearby and the plaza of companies up north. A new spa/massage opened right next door, which is very convenient. Main issue with this hotel is that the entire place reeks of smoke. I woke up with a cough after my first night, and I was constantly nasally congested and having allergy attacks due to the smoke. People smoke indoors in the hotel lobby and in front of the front desk, and just leave their cigarette butts in the ashtrays or even just on the floor. Service was friendly though, and they let me switch rooms after the first night and visit multiple other rooms to see for myself which smelled the least offensive, and they let me move there

The service attitude of all the staff is very good 👍Extraordinary politeness. I have never been to such a gift hotel Send us to the elevator, send us to the parking lot and wave goodbye👋 Even the cleaning lady was so polite. The room is big, the bed is moderately soft and hard, and the room is very quiet. There is a self-service laundry room, and the toilet in the room is separated into wet and dry areas. We stayed for 4 consecutive nights and did not order breakfast, but breakfast was delivered to the room on time at 9 o'clock every day, with a variety of snacks, white porridge, eggs and soy milk. The buns were delicious 😋. We put the leftovers in the refrigerator in the room and brought them back to Hong Kong for our Filipino maid.

Elong hotel is modern and cozy, the rooms are spacious and techy. It is conveniently located near to the high speed rail, metro and there are many shopping malls nearby. You can get a good view of the surroundings by going up to the roof. If you want a better view, you can also visit the four view mountain where you can see the sky scrapers of Shenzhen. The buffet breakfast is delicious, quite a spread. There are some slight changes to the menu every day. The dim sum is nice. The hotel staff are helpful and efficient. There is an interesting robot that helps to deliver takeaway to the room. This way the food delivery person do not go up to the room and thus makes it more secure for the guests.
