管家服務態度很好，房間也夠大，周邊吃飯公交都很方便。但一些問題：洗臉盆是破的，不影響使用但是影響使用者的心情，雖然管家説可以換房間，但是我行李都打開了，不想麻煩自己了；洗衣機脱水功能有問題，我衹能帶着濕漉漉的體恤衫回上海；廚房的冷熱水管子接反了；浴室的地面下水道的一側高，而另一側低，所以容易積水…
在火車上寫這些評論，是希望管家能重視問題解決問題，讓後面的住客能住得舒心點。
