為了看火星演唱會預訂的，主要是離大學城體育中心體育場很近。不難找，我按定位打車到街頭，找到康衢街的豬肚雞，邊上巷子走進去就到了。周圍環境很有煙火氣，因為出了巷子就是小吃街，生活也蠻便利的。提前訂的話，經濟房價格百元內也算好了，有獨立衞生間，軟床，空調，熱水器 ，吹風機，衞生乾淨整潔，沒有很大的噪音，我個人睡得挺好的。

整體看還不錯。1.這棟樓比較安靜，和街邊隔了一棟。2.衞生、房間設施，比我想的好很多，老闆和老闆娘可以説在有限的空間內做到最好了，空調、熱水器、電蚊香液、香薰，都是有的。3.找店鋪需要給老闆打電話詢問，才比較好找。4.房間裏沒有水，街邊各種奶茶店比較多；早餐附近不太方便，早上衹有兩家粉店。

#性價比價格經濟實惠#服務個人感覺不滿意，本來是9月2號開學，和家人一起來送妹妹上學，提前10多天預訂好房間，9月1號臨時收到通知延遲到9月4號開學（因颱風原因）馬上辦理改簽高鐵，晚上聯繫房東退房或者是改入住日期，均被拒，個人感覺不人性化，像這種不可抗力因素（颱風自然災害）讓消費者承擔全部實在是難以接受。提前預訂風險太大，其實房源充足，沒有必要提前太多天預訂，4號當天下午預訂到了其他店的房源，就當買教訓。

今天考完試了，老闆很友好，這裏離做核酸的地方也比較近，比較方便！就是位置很難找，如果找不到的同學，建議打電話給老闆出來接。晚上怕蚊子的，建議自帶蚊香。旅館沒有燒水壺，設備不夠齊全，但價格實惠，總體還是不錯的。具體位置是從第一張圖的巷子進去，攜程的定位不準
