離大馬路很近，不用走小巷，旁邊就有停車場，出行挺方便的。另外，在房間看窗外就是綠樹，光線通風都挺好，這對大學城這個地方的房子來説，很難得。

酒店室內是海洋主題，小朋友喜歡，不過環境不怎樣，樓下就是商鋪，所以晚上有點吵，設備陳舊，水壓不夠，沖涼很少水，酒店訂後不能改退！所以購買的時候需要看清楚！

房東服務挺好 但是房間基礎用品不全 和房東説需要自己下樓拿 無電梯 房間窗户窗簾沒用透光 最最最重要的是那個床不乾淨睡了一晚上後背長了好幾個大包，這不該是一個豪華大圓床應有的設施設備

老闆娘很熱情人很好，周邊挺多小吃店的，很方便。就是隔音不太好，還有可能是潮濕吧，早上起來看見挺多小蟑螂的，建議老闆娘放一些驅蟲的葯。
