Rosewood Hotel Apartment (Guangzhou Zhujiang New Town)

Comfy apar**ent in a great location and just mins walk to the mrt station. Right within the central business district. Condo is slightly on older side but still considered Modern. Many food options in the radius of 1km walk. Plenty of banks and offices around.

This review is relative to what I paid. The apar**ent is decent enough, clean, no smell of smoke, quite spacious and the location is great for downtown - literally a few minutes walk from Zhujiang New Town station and 5-10 min walk to river viewing point of Canton tower. The landlady provides you with a map of how to access, which is fairly accurate, however the name in the description on Trip.com is not the name of the building (it's Leiden Sunshine Apar**ents) ... Obviously it's not Rosewood at this price point but it makes it difficult to find the property .. though if you are in the right vicinity, if you show someone the map, they should be able to direct you to correct building .. then you ha e to go to an office and they can call the landlady. They are friendly but there may be some difficulty in translations, so ideal to have a translator app handy if you don't speak mandarin. Other than that I think it was good for my one night transit, as wanted to explore the heart of GZ and this was central to what I wanted .. it's about 50 minutes from airport on line 3 (no need to change). Overall it's a good choice if you know above points.
