Mercure has a modern facilities. The room is spacious and the surroundings are clean. It is just within the Beijing Road pedestrian street. A lot of restaurants to choose from in the area. Shopping establishments are within walking distance.

I just say for the price we paid it is super duper good deal! We were told that we can do our laundry for free and happily we put the our clothes in the washer and forgot all about it. The hotel staff go an extra mile to put the washed wet clothes into the dryer and fold it neatly and put it back to new laundry bags for us to collect!!! I have travelled 3/4 of the global and I have never come across such a free laundry service for guests! China really built different and their extra mile to the guests makes me remember them for a long time!!!! Thank you for hosting us!!! Btw this hotel is very new and the price is super reasonable in comparison to most global branding hotels in Guangzhou!!! I have attached the laundry room picture for reference and it is located at the 30th floor of the hotel!!! It is definitely a laundry room with a view!!!😊

Came for the Canton Fair. The best place I stayed so far, with the best location, clean and excellent service + flexibility. If you’re traveling for business or tourism, I’d strongly recommend this place. The robot food delivery was adorable, and I slept like baby. (And I was grateful that this place gave more time for checking out)

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Tianhe Sports centre Mercure hotels. Great amenities, the voice control feature was an unexpected plus. The lovely people at the check in were so knowledge and helpful. I was given an upgrade on arrival and the robot deliveries was a plus. Location was super convenient with multiple shopping centres and restaurants within walking distance. Would debugging l definitely stay here again!

This is our second time in Guangzhou and our second time staying at this hotel. It is very cozy here, downstairs near the reception there is a great coffee shop and when you check in the hotel gives you complimentary coupons for every day to buy delicious coffee for free, a good start to the day, isn't it?! Then there is a very good location, many different cafes nearby and you practically live in the same building in the shopping center, there are many different brands, especially Adidas with a discount. The room is always clean and the cleaning is done on time. Downstairs, in addition to coffee, you can sit down in the evening and drink various cocktails. We will definitely go back there again. Oh, and I forgot, the view from the 36th floor of Guangzhou is breathtaking when you have breakfast, it is a truly beautiful place. You will 100% not regret it if you come to this hotel

Firstly, the staff (receptionists to housekeepers) is super helpful, friendly with service mind. Although they are not good at English but being enthusiastic to help with smiling. Any requests, mostly they solve it well. Secondly, the location is near Metro Modiesha (exit C). If you you are joining the Canton Fair, recommending this hotel (even though it is not next door of the fair). The hotel provide shuttle bus from hotel to the Canton Fair conveniently. Furthermore, the hotel provide some snack and drink during the fair duration. Thirdly, the room is huge, modern coming with amenities such as toothbrush, comb etc. Personally, I love pillow and mattress! So comfortably. The bad point of hotel area is there is no supermarket or nice restaurant around there.

very friendly staff working at the reception especially the manager Liu who is there for all questions. Big respect for Liu. The rooms are very nice and clean. and of course the robots that are the hit of the hotel😅♥️

The view and location were fantastic! Upon arrival one of the hotel staff pushed a luggage cart and cut my foot. They were so accommodating and added breakfast and room upgrade as well as taking care of my wound. They were also so accommodating to our baby. The laundry service was the ABSOLUTE BEST. Especially if you take a long trip, this service here is a life saver. Thank you for the amazing laundry service. In addition, the staff at the restaurant were extra catering to our baby. Thank you! We would definitely come back. Location: fantastic. 10 minute walk to the popular streets in Beijing road and also some of the best dim sum we have ever experienced. Spacious room with a fridge, hair dryer, plentiful of power points, and usb charging points. Laundry room with washing machines and dryer. Would prefer a shower room with more shelving to hang towels and clothings.
