We arrived at the hotel around 15:00hrs , which is the usual time for check in, W hotel have 3 front desk and all are occupied. So we need to wait for 10 minutes.  The receptionist is articulate and very helpful, she even upgrade my room which surprised me a lot! It was my first time to stay at W Hotel.  The concierge helped me book a taxi the next day since I'm rushing to go to South Railway station.  Location is very convenient to all area.  Will definitely come back again!

The staff working at the residence reception do not speak English well It is not possible to sleep peacefully in the morning because the doors keep being slammed by guests and cleaning staff The hotel and residence managers are the only people available to solve any problem
