Our extended family stayed for 12 days and loved every second of it. The hosts are wonderful, and the meals we had prepared were absolutely delicious. The house is incredible, with lots of space, a great pool and beautiful views. The nearby town of Gubbio is charming, making Casa Minotti a perfect base for exploring Umbria.

If You have never been in the center of Italy, You MUST pass in Gubbio at “CASA MINOTTI” where me and my wife stayed for the last nights before going back in the States. The landscape is something wonderful while for what concerns the services and hospitality is divine, 10 stars over 5!! (here you can really feel “The Real Italian Lovely welcome”) I’m writing this review now but I passed the days in Casa Minotti during the last weeks of April, which is in my opinion the best period to visit it. Hope you’ll have the same experience that me and my wife had. Bests Jack

To say that this place is relaxing and enchanting is an understatement. The rooms are treated in detail, as well as the outdoor spaces. The breakfast is absolutely flawless and finished down to the smallest detail with high quality products. Apart from mentioning the owner, a really helpful, perfect and very kind person. Golden place.

We were greeted by the owner, an exquisite person is very helpful. We had lunch and dinner on the adjacent terrace and the food was all of local origin. Prepared service. Small but well-cleaned pool, there is the possibility of using the spa with massages. Breakfast is served inside. Our room was comfortable and surrounded by nature so away from traffic. Too bad the stay lasted too short but we will also be back to greet his beautiful cats 🙂
