The air conditioning in the lobby is insufficient, and there is almost no air conditioning for breakfast. Such a hotel is full of meals wearing down. The kitchen facilities are aging. The breakfast variety does not meet the price/performance ratio. Whether it is quality, quantity, or variety, it is not satisfactory. Very close to the train station, there are quite a lot of restaurants diagonally opposite, in terms of transportation, it is recommended to take a taxi or drive by yourself, the room is still clean, overall the price is OK.

During the Dragon Boat Festival, I took my children home to visit relatives and chose the 28th floor in my memory. It was the first landmark building in Hai'an when I was in school, and it is well-known to everyone. The hotel has just been renovated in the past few years. The facilities are very new, the sanitation and room layout are very good, the big bed is very comfortable, the toiletries are complete, and it even has makeup remover and facial cleanser. Needless to say, the surrounding environment, the city center, it is convenient to go everywhere. The customer service Xiaoyan helped us deliver the luggage all the way to the room. I heard that the next day is my daughter’s birthday, and he prepared a surprise to be delivered to the room. He was really attentive! The hotel reflects the details everywhere, and I will choose here next time I go home.

I usually stay in hotels, and I seldom comment on meals. During this Chinese New Year trip to Hai'an, this hotel really surprised me. From the moment I entered the door, Xiao Peng, the front desk clerk, was very enthusiastic. He led the check-in, taught my parents how to use the room facilities, and so on. In short, next time I go to Hai'an, I will definitely stay here.

I stayed at Hai'an Wangfu for the fourth time. This time I stayed during the National Day and there was no particularly large price increase, especially sincere! The room is as good as ever. Although the room is old, it does not affect the accommodation experience at all. Next time I come to Hai'an, I will consider staying at the Wangfu if the objective conditions allow it!
