非常滿意的住宿體驗，一家人住了三天，房間位置地段很棒，在市中心，超級方便，附近購物吃飯出行都好。房源雖然一個卧室是從客廳嗝隔出來的，有點小，但住一家3大1小，完全沒問題。還有廚房可做飯，樓下的泳池收費不貴，10元一人，總的來説，性價比真心不錯！

吃東西，逛街，老街，夜市，市場附近非常方便，廚房可以煮東西，30/天。房東超級好，能幫我解決一切問題。如果對住宿沒有要求的，這裡衣食住行好好好好好好好好好好好好方便。

交通特別便利，離友誼陽光城四五分鐘的路程，購物，餐飲，帶孩子玩忒方便。房東熱情服務，快速入住。下次再去海口還會選擇椰島廣場小區。

優點 位置不錯 有個大陽台挺愜意 入住指南很詳細方便
缺點 房間設施有點陳舊 最不滿意的是樓下老來找麻煩 晚上都不敢上廁所沖水 洗澡洗臉 住了三天樓下上來了兩次 還發生了口角 真的是有一點動靜都不行 住的憋屈 洗澡上廁所最好在白天 不然容易和樓下吵架

最大優點：有任何疑問/問題，第一時間跟房東反應，房東都會快速回覆，然後與您一起想辦法解決，有任何想法都可以說出來跟房東討論，互相評估，互相理解尊重，達到雙贏。
其他就不用多說了：
1.入住順利，只是房門稍微比較舊，上鎖/開鎖要向外拉/推一下門。
2.房間整體乾淨整潔。
3.地點好，市中心。
4.大樓進出安全，有門禁卡。
