"I love this hotel as it looks new and modern after the refurbishment as well as the room is well equipment. The hotel owner and staff are very friendly and helpful for everything. The most important one is there is a cafe just inside the hotel itself which we can enjoy a cup of coffee whenever we want! "We really love this homestay.it was more cheaper when you book in trip.com.The owner and the staff over there was so welcoming to the foreigners and very friendly.They give us nice and clean room.They also provide some tea bags ,mineral waters,tooth brush and hair dryer.This homestay located in the snow village and easy to found with a little walk.Easy to find food stalls and restaurant and the view was so stunning.We also keep our luggage for 2hours after check out and they allowed it.Overall this homestay is recommended and I'm sure you will definitely enjoy yourself.Next time we will book this homestay when we come to snow village.Thank you so much for the staff."

"Spent just 1 night at Snow Town Xuexiang due to the exorbitant price for everything here. Nevertheless we received a very friendly welcome at this guesthouse. Friendly staff and we communicate via translator and Wechat. The next morning the staff helped us with the luggage to the bus stop for our bus to Mudanjiang at 6am. Bus fare was just 35yuan (bring cash as they only accept WeChat Pay but not AliPay)."

"I must commend the owner of this hotel for her warmth and friendliness. The property has recently undergone renovations, and the sincerity of both the owner and the staff is palpable. During our stay, we enjoyed the exceptional food; we ordered lunch on both Day 1 (when we arrived) and Day 2 (before we leave) and regretted not trying dinner as well. In my opinion, the meals surpassed those offered at the restaurant we visited at Xueyunjie. As a first-time traveler to Harbin, Snow Town, accompanied by my family, which includes three children and my mother-in-law, I greatly appreciated the assistance provided by the hotel owner. She was prompt in her responses and guided me with clear directions to reach the hotel. Furthermore, she arranged for her husband to meet us at the shuttle bus drop-off area to help with our luggage. The hotel’s setup resembles that of a high-end homestay, featuring newly renovated interiors. The room we booked, while not large, was adequate for our needs. The kang bed comfortably accommodated two adults and two children, while the queen-size bed on the opposite side was suitable for two adults. Overall, our stay was quite pleasant. The choice of floor tiles over carpeting was a wise decision, as it facilitates easier cleaning. One area for potential improvement is the condensation near the window, which can sometimes cause the bay window to become slightly damp, making it unsuitable for placing belongings. However, this did not significantly detract from our experience. In summary, my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality provided by Yundingjiudian. If asked whether I would stay again, my answer would be an unequivocal yes!"

"This place was great for a first-time traveler in Snow Village.I made a DIY trip with my daughter.The hotel is inside the Snow town.2 mins walk from the bus transfer to the main entrance of the village.You can go back anytime to your room once tou feel very cold outside.. So covenient❤️....The staff were so polite.You need a translator app so to communicate with them..Plus the owner herself speak english well..Very informative and polite too with all my inqueries about the happenings around ..We have free traditional cloth to wear for the winter,traditional fruit and a sleigh toy to ride ....Sad to say we only stay 1 night..It's not enough to explore..We definitely comeback and stay in this hotel..."
