I cannot speak highly enough about my recent stay at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was simply perfect. Our room boasted a breathtaking view of the traditional infinity pool, adding an extra touch of charm to our experience.
The level of service provided by every member of the staff was unparalleled. The employees at Fourseasons demonstrated a remarkable dedication to meeting every guest's needs with utmost care and attention to detail. Their personalized approach made us feel truly valued throughout our stay.
The culinary experience was equally impressive. The food was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us with table reservations, ensuring our dining experiences were nothing short of delightful.

Fantastic view of the West Lake from the hotel pier and beautiful hotel garden; dinner at Jin Sha was very good; and all the staff members I met were friendly and attentive - special thanks to Ms Liu the Guest Experience Ambassador who was very helpful in making our stay at the hotel a memorable experience.

The first room we checked in was a bit run down with several cracks on the marble top of the sink. Another room was only available several hours later.
The front desk staff, in particular Lulu, was quite helpful and attentive. The deputy manager Mr. Yi Zheng was friendly and resourceful, and recommended Four Seasons Hotels in other localities for us for our future trips: a truly Four Seasons Ambassador!
