I stopped in late at the last minute (around 3am) for someplace to lay my head and had accidentally booked for the wrong day. The staff was completely understanding and were able to make the necessary adjus**ents. Comfortable bed, wonderful shower, this is another place near Zhejiang University worth stopping at.

第三次來入住了吧
環境：這次的雙人房有點小，之前的也不大……看別人的房間好像都比我們的大
靠近馬路上半夜有點吵
衞生：有蚊子……點了電蚊香也沒用，蚊子還轉咬我手指上，太奇葩了！沒有帶風油精，被蚊子騷擾了一晚上，要瘋。
早餐：我很喜歡，種類不少了，味道還不錯。還有咖啡☕️

**一次愉快的入住體驗**
趁着來杭州出差的機會順便逛逛，所以找了一家能兼顧工作和遊玩的住處，首先酒店的服務態度非常好，辦理入住手續的過程非常順利，前台工作人員也很熱情地介紹了酒店的各項服務和設施。
客房的環境也讓我感到非常滿意，房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適乾淨，設施齊全。尤其是浴室，乾淨整潔，熱水供應穩定，讓我在入住期間享受了舒適的沐浴體驗。
此外，酒店的位置和交通都便利，周圍環境比較安靜，適合休息和放鬆。景點靠近西溪濕地，地鐵靠近5號線蔣村站，商圈靠近西溪龍湖天街紫霞街！ 商務出行非常棒，總體而言，我對這次入住非常滿意，會向朋友們推薦這家酒店。

旅遊在外，很少給酒店做點評，唯獨這家好感度滿分的服務必須評價下！晚上蠻晚抵達杭州，打車到了酒店。雖然晚上很冷清，但服務員很温暖和舒心，居然微笑着問候我們，讓我們感到非常親切。房間的清潔也非常到位，床品舒適乾淨，讓人賓至如歸的感覺。因為早上會起的晚，怕附近很吵鬧，特意叮囑他們安排了偏安靜的房間。包括第二天的景點諮詢，服務員都能幫我們詳細介紹，特別適合我們小姑娘出行，大愛大讚這個酒店。。之後要是再來杭州，衹要不是太遠還是會考慮這家酒店的！
