The reception staff at Qianhe are of poor quality and not enthusiastic. They answer questions abruptly and have cold expressions and strong attitudes. The overall environment is good. It is more convenient to eat and shop around. The room is not cleaned thoroughly (it means there are hairs on the floor) and there are blind spots. There were quite a few mosquito bites and I couldn't sleep. The hotel looked grand and high-end, and the charges were relatively expensive. However, there was not even a bottle of water in the room, only boiled tap water to drink, which was inconsistent.

The room looked newly renovated, but the check-in experience was terrible. The room I booked didn't have the trash can replaced at first, and there were trash left by the previous guest. I changed to a smaller room than the original one. But I didn't think it mattered. Unexpectedly, when I went to sleep at night, there was a foot bath KTV downstairs, and it was still singing at 11 or 12 o'clock. The sound insulation was too poor. The most outrageous thing was that the light outside the window suddenly turned on in the middle of the night. I went to see what was going on and found that there was a corridor outside the window. There was an employee who I didn't know who was in the corridor. I was not wearing any clothes, and my eyes were looking at each other... If I didn't close the seams and pull them up completely, people outside the corridor could see what was going on in the room. The privacy and security were too poor. I called the front desk after the situation, and they only explained and apologized, but didn't solve it. The air conditioning didn't work, and I didn't dare to open the window. I felt stuffy and uneasy when I slept. In short, I won't come again.

The hotel is clean and the quilt is dry. I have stayed in some hotels before and the quilts are always moist. This quilt is very comfortable. There is a Wujiang Life Supermarket downstairs, which is relatively large and has a full range of goods. There is also a shoe and clothing mall. Go a little further and there is a Liuyang steamed dish. It tastes good, has a large portion, and is affordable. Next time I go to Pingyao, I will stay in this hotel and eat the food of Liuyang Steamed Food. I feel that if you live in Pingyao, your happiness index is very high😉
