A very cute and cozy inn near Westlake. Perfect location for exploring the area. Lots eateries and restaurants in the vicinity. Very nice and friendly staff. Staff even let me use her phone charger. And refunded back my first day booking that I didnt use.

Environment: ** The lobby design is simple and modern, and the green plants are embellished to relax instantly. The room is spacious and bright, the floor-to-ceiling windows have a good view, and the bedding is comfortable. I especially like the intelligent lighting control at the bedside. It is very helpful to adjust the warm light before going to bed. **Facilities:** As a sports enthusiast, the most satisfying thing is the 24-hour gym, fully equipped, and yoga area. It is great to have fewer people in the morning. The room is also equipped with lightweight fitness equipment, which is very convenient for simple stretching before going to bed. **Service:** The front desk and room service responded quickly. When additional pillows and mineral water were needed, the phone was delivered 5 minutes after the call. When checking out, I also took the initiative to ask about the check-in experience, and I felt that I valued guest feedback. **Surrounding: There are shopping malls and subway stations within a 10-minute walk, and it is very convenient for eating and shopping. Although it is on the main road, the sound insulation is good and it is quiet at night.

It was 20 minutes from Hangzhou east station by car and a few minutes walk from the nearest subways station. The room was clean and restocked everyday. It good for a solo traveler. Only down side food deliveries only come to your room at night and during the day you'll have to go to the ground floor and pick up directly from the delivery person or the cabinets outside which is fine too

Exceeded my expectations! The food, accommodation and transportation here are so convenient. Two big surprises: the Leke gym next door allows me to get up early and exercise seriously, which I can't do at home. Another surprise is the vegetarian buffet restaurant next door. More than 30 yuan, eat until you are full, there are many varieties and they are delicious, and it is quite large and the environment is also very comfortable! It really made me, a vegetarian, unexpected, and this place is too kind to me! If you are not a vegetarian, there are also many other choices. McDonald's, KFC, and Pizza Hut are all here, which is amazing! There is a local snack shop 5 minutes away, and the pastry snacks are very cost-effective! There is also Hema in the mall next door, and the coffee and milk tea shop are even more optional. The hotel room should have been renovated recently. Although it is not big, it is clean and hygienic, and the bedding and washing facilities are very good! I will stay here again when I come to Hangzhou in the future. The only drawback is that the neon music on the street is played quite late at night. However, the hotel front desk provides earplugs, although I didn't use them😄 The bus station is very close to wherever you go, and it is also convenient to call an online car.

Hotel was conveniently located few minutes away from Hangzhou Station (Railway & Metro). Room was clean and nice, enjoyed our stay here. There are one or two sets of washing machine facilities located on our floor. Would be better if there were things like hand soap, better Wi-Fi, floor mats etc. But this seems to be a new hotel, so I assume that they are still improving their processes.

My mom was really happy when we stayed here. The homstay has a very nice balcony, but the upper attic room is quite hot in the summer. The owner is very friendly and always helps customers when needed. Clean hygiene and clean green space very close to famous tourist attractions. Thank you for your service.

Due to the hotel our trip was amazing!!! The room is clean and cosy, there are hairdryer, air conditioner, disposable towels, shampoos and toothbrushes – everything needed. Moreover, owners of the guest house suggested breakfast and tea in the evening🥹 They also helped us to rent a bike for a whole day, so we traveled around with much more comfort than expected. The terrace is beyond beautiful, in the night it’s great to sit there. All in all, thanks for the service, atmosphere, support and kindness! Checking in with a password is safe and secure. After adding WeChat, you can communicate directly on WeChat if you have any needs. It is really good news for people with social anxiety! The reception and boss here very friendly, caring and helpful. Good services and high recommended since the location is quite convenient to several attractions. Easily to get grab (didi) and public transportation (bus). For the nearest MRT if you’re with heavy or bug luggage more recommends to call didi since walking distance is above 1km.
