Very good hotel, it's the 3rd time and I'm never disappointed. The staff is very friendly and got upgraded. The suite room is clean and has a comfortable bathtub. I really enjoyed my stay here, I will definitely book this hotel again. They have an ok pool on the third floor, and a pretty good gym for a hotel. The biggest problem is that the gym and pool are probably run by different companies so they didn’t provide towels, they didn’t provide water, the locker room for the gym isn’t really that clean. BUT! I liked having a gym + pool, it’s not that bad for the hotels pricing. The hotel itself is a bit old, the bathroom is really old! But staff was helpful, they had the robot service for when I ordered 外卖.

So if you coming from airport no need to the change line. Hotel itself located at city, morning time can walk to Hangzhou museum, along the way many shops around. Western shops eg: macdonald, costa coffee, starbuck. Alot cafe, tea, souvenir shops. Close also morning market called Damanong. Can have breakfast and see the morning market. Use the public bicycle to go there, just use alipay. Distance 1.2km. Near the morning market at the end there is God City Temple for you to visit, can see the whole Hangzhou city from top of the temple. The hotel is clean, have free washing machine and dryer machine. Detergent provided. At the same place there are 2 treadmills provided ( gym quality). Couch provided while you waiting for you laundry. There is also a steam iron provided. Breakfast selection is good with varities of foods like egg fried rice, chicken sausage, ham, beef, eggs, salted eggs, cereal, warm soy milk, milk, bread, butter and strawberries jam. Noodles, congee, fruits, croissant, cupcakes, corn, cookies. There are 2 robots helping to deliver things inside the hotel. If you order food, the robot will send the food to your room. There are also snacks you can buy at the ground floor. For muslim, this hotel located infront of a mosque, there is a Halal restaurant near to the hotel. More halal restaurant across the road near to exit A og Ding’an metro station. I came during Christmas, the hotel give me present for Christmas, when I check out they give me souvenir to me also. Everyday, I was provided with 2 bottles of water and change new set of towel. The water heater, the heater function very well during winter. Im a happy guy during the visit.
