Hotels Near ZhongDu Jie in Hangzhou

I was originally staying at a friend's house, but it was too noisy because there were too many people. I took my baby out to stay at a hotel at around 10pm. I had stayed at another hotel before, so I thought about changing it and was very satisfied! The front desk lady also upgraded me to a big room. My baby was very happy and kept drilling in and out of the doors. I will stay here again next time.

The hotel gave me a very good experience. The front desk helped me upgrade for free. The room service was also very timely when the room needed it. The staff was polite and enthusiastic, which shows that the hotel's service management is very good. The room is clean and well-equipped. The sauna room equipped in the executive room is rare in other hotels. Thumbs up!

The hotel is newly opened, the design is first-class, European style, beautiful and romantic, meet you, I like it very much. The lobby service is in place. We originally made an appointment on Tuesday. After changing to Monday according to the weather, we upgraded our room. The room water was not enough. We also added several bottles, especially afternoon tea, capbuquino, small snacks, snacks, no need to eat. A very cost-effective experience.

Amazing.! I had a great stay here with my friend. Everything is just top notch, the rooms are spacious. They cater for Chinese and Western people.The food, the SPA.. the pool is clean( even though it opens at 16h00 and closes at 20h00) Everything is just breath taking. The service is great, the staff is helpful all the time. They're true representatives. Their website pictures are definitely what you will see or even more. Need I say more?

Nice hotel close to banshan mountain. Friendly desk staff who made me feel welcome on arrival. Room was excellent, very comfortable. A large balcony area looking over the hotel garden and mountain which was great for sunbathing and eating outside. Plenty of free films on the TV to watch, bathtub was great, and received a couple of free snacks too. Breakfast was good but had not so much in the way of western food, however it was very healthy. Finally, enjoyed the amazing gym out in the trees. I was the only one in there so it felt very personal, but might get a little crowded with 2-3. Pool outside is not so much for swimming, rather wading for kids. Nice to dip into and cool down after a workout though.

The room was very satisfactory, the front desk was very warm, clean and hygienic, the breakfast was delicious, the traffic was very convenient, the surrounding environment was quiet, the travel was satisfactory, and I would come next time.

The hotel facilities are good, but there are some problems with management and quality control. Take breakfast observation as an example. First, there are no napkins on all the tables in this level of hotel. Second, there is a plate under the orange juice can to catch the orange juice dripping from the water outlet (this is for the convenience of the staff - there is no need to clean the sink below, but the customer must hang the orange juice in the air, otherwise the bottom of the cup will be stained with orange juice). Third, before the end of breakfast, a group of service staff began to take away the tableware and food around the customers (it is still convenient for the staff themselves, so they can leave work as early as possible, but the diners experience...). Over the years, I have met several executive chefs who came out to see the customer experience in hotels rated at this level, but this is the first one who is so anxious to collect breakfast. In essence, the hotel has lost its customer-first soul at least in this link, and there is a problem with quality control. Considering that this hotel is rated higher in the vicinity of nearby colleges and universities, there should be some foreign friends staying, so I still hope to do a good job of internal management. In addition, the front desk reception is enthusiastic and qualified.

Advantages: The hardware is very new, the facilities are good, and the service is OK. Disadvantages: Without considering the noise problem, the hygiene is really unsatisfactory, and the details are not good. The light switch in the bathroom will be covered with patina if it is not cleaned, and the fruit plate also looks unwashed. I rarely comment, and I think such a new hotel should be cleaned properly.

The service is warm and thoughtful, the room is clean and sanitary, the air conditioning and hot water performance are excellent, and the surrounding transportation is convenient. All the needs during business trips can be met. Recommended!

The environment is very good, the service is excellent, there are self-service laundry and drying rooms in the hotel, and a buffet breakfast. I will choose to stay here again!
