This hotel was excellent. I can't say enough about the staff, they bent over backwards to help us when our flight got cancelled. Food was great and Managers were excellent. Plan on a trip back to this place. They acted as if they were our family. Love this experience!!!!!

The location of the hotel is very close to the 108 hospital, the room equipment is generally the same, there is no special impression. When booking a room, I saw that the parking lot was free, but I arranged on-street parking at the hotel.

Harry and Tom at the front desk were super helpful and we had a fantastic time in the old quarter. The hotel is located in a back lane, we enjoyed the feel of the city hustle. We are a family of 4 with two young kids. There’s a few worthwhile spots nearby - Roses Travel Agency, the massage place staffed by blind people, some good bahn mi (sic) and bun chau (sic, I’m not sure of the spelling for these). Also, definitely recommended bringing AUD, EUR, or USD notes and exchanging here. The exchange rates in some of the local hotels/travel agencies/etc are close to commercial currency exchange rates, far superior to exchange rates from western banks.

Fantastic modern funky hotel, well situated fir old quarter and station. Good size room with excellent shower room. Comfy bed and usual Western equipment . USB charging points, free toiletries. Social area was good sized near reception and offered a well stocked bar. Breakfast served there also and the option to use thier facilities to cook your own!.

I was here with my family for about a week, we were sceptical at first as this is a new establishment. But the moment we arrived at their lobby the staffs proved that we have made a worthy decision. Especially Anne from management, she was very welcoming and informative which helped start a great beginning to our holiday in Hanoi. Rooms are absolutely clean and well organised. Furthermore internet connection was impressive, fast and smooth, only mentioning this as it has been quite a problem with our stay at many hotels in the past. This place is located right in the center of everything, walking distance to Old Quarter, Ho Guom lake, eating streets, markets, etc. Heaps more positive things about this hotel that you should come and experience for yourself. Definitely will be staying here again the next time I’m in Hanoi. Thank you Grand Cititel team for looking after us!

Thanks for the amazing experience at La Mandarina Hotel. The hotel owner and the staffs are very friendly, thoughtful and helpful. When I was there exploring the Old Quarters, they even told me the places to eat and took pictures for me. Really recommend everyone to go there to spend the night. What a great place to be , right in the thick of things in the historic Old Quarter of Hà Nôi !! Rooms are spacious and well cleaned by friendly staff and the reception staff are fantastic ! Knowledgable and courteous and always with a smile on their faces ! I would highly recommend The Queen Hotel and Spa 2 as a economical and great place to be .

We had a very enjoyable stay at La Sinfonia del Rey. The location was superb next to the Hoan Kiem lake right in the middle of the Old Quarter. All of the staff were extremely friendly and special mention to Rose who greeted us and remembered our names throughout our stay, and to give us recommendations on where to eat while we were in Hanoi. We also wanted to thank the manager who checked us in and had more food recommendations and for the lady who checked us out that gave our son a departing gift. Thank you for having us!

i was very encouraging because there was a person who could speak japanese at the front desk. The room was clean and I was surprised that there was a washlet in the toilet. I didn't know how to drain the washbasin, so I was saved by having him come to the room and tell me. Even though he was pushing the plug, it was a problem with how to push it. When I took a shower, the toilet and the washbasin were together, so it was hard for the floor to become bichobicho. I stayed for 2 nights, but I couldn't eat breakfast at the hotel because I left at 6 am on both days. Instead, I was very happy to have water fruits (2 oranges) bread yogurt on the first day water banana cupcake yogurt on the second day.

The room is very good and the hotel service is also very good, especially there is a young lady at the front desk who can speak Chinese and can help call a taxi, but the food is not very convenient and you have to walk a little!
