Family Friendly Hotels in Harbin

Nice hotel and close to everything! Staff are very attentive and take good care of us. Miss Air assisted us very well during breakfast. Mr. Max and Mr. Neil at the reception helped us a lot with directions and communications with taxi drivers. Staff here don't speak English well, but they have their ways to communicate with us well, where we see very helpful and appreciated. If we visit Harbin again, we will definitely stay here again for sure! Nice hotel, nice staff, good location, fantastic breakfast, and reasonable price.

Pros:  Very helpful reception staff. Especially Yuyue and Jiaqi. It is not 100% certain that my spelling is correct since they do not speak English (along with the rest of the staff at this 5 star hotel in a city of more than 10 million people). Comfortable beds and decent pillows. Clean bathrooms. We had a free upgrade - see Cons! Cons: ”Non-smoking” room is a joke. The guests DO smoke everywhere. There are a lot of fabrics used in the rooms for the decoration, and smoke penetrates them to a great extent. In order to find a room with decent air quality, we had to change our rooms twice. See Pros! There was only a very limited selection of biscuits and fruits available for the advertised ”luxurious afternoon tea.”.

My child loves the room as there is tent 🎪, toy, books etc. We only booked for one night. Unfortunately my child was quite sick at night. The staff is very considerate and extended our check out time for an extra two hours. They helped with luggage and walked us out to another side of road for taxi. Overall a good experience other than the fact we had a sick child due to the Norovirus.

Excellent experience. Good location, good breakfast and tea. All staff especially manager Lin Jing, Fong Dan Dan and Wang Tao provided top notch personalised services. This is by far the best staying experience we had. They even made an ice frozen bucket for us. Thanks for the excellence services. Our family really enjoyed ourselves here. Very friendly staff and helpful , comfortable bed, warm shower , water is free and can ask for more if not enough. I was late to go back for check out and the staff also let me tidy my stuffs and ask me to take my time, really appreciate the manager 小鱼儿客房经理🙏🏻 strategic location, a lot of restaurant within walking distance . The hotel is link to a shopping mall, so easy to find food. Happy with the stay 😀

Great location! Metro is nearby. The staff is very friendly! Upon check-out they gave us a compliment for the road! Very nice ☺️! Breakfast is simple but you definitely won't go hungry.

Very nice rooms and good breakfast. Location a little in the middle of new town construction sites. The mall 10 mins walk away is great for shopping and restaurants. The hotel restaurant only offered breakfast but it was ok to order deliveries in. Hotel is slightly weird in that it’s also seems to be a neo natal staycation hotel with many nurses and families members hanging out in corridors at all times of night. Main issue with the rooms was that they were 28 degrees C and there was no way to cool them down slightly to be able to sleep well. Opening the windows didn’t help and the hotel aircon was understandably set to heating the room - maybe something they can think about. Nice hotel and a good stay- just didn’t sleep well.

The room is ok, but the lobby on the first floor of the hotel is not particularly obvious, and it is not easy to find. He is in an office building, but the service and decoration style of the hotel are very good. The hotel is very new and has no smell of decoration. Excellent hotel in Harbin. Located above a mall and opposite to Wanda Plaza. Staffs were very helpful and room was great (just look at the pictures). Breakfast was standard chinese style but suits us. There are plenty of food choices around if get sick of the hotel breakfast. Just take note that because this is an office and hotel block, so it takes a while before the lift gets to your level during peak hours.

I had booked two triple rooms and one double room for my stay, and to my pleasant surprise, both the double room and one of the triple rooms were upgraded to the Level 5 suites at no extra charge. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and exuded a cozy yet luxurious feel. The upgraded triple room was particularly impressive—it was a family suite, thoughtfully decorated with adorable duckling-themed decor that added a playful and charming touch, making it perfect for families or anyone traveling with children. One of the standout features for me was the quality of the toiletries. The conditioner in particular was fantastic—it left my hair feeling incredibly smooth and soft, which is something I rarely find in hotel products. The fragrance was light and pleasant, not overpowering, and I really enjoyed how fresh it made my hair feel throughout the day. The rooms were not only large but also meticulously clean, with plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The upgrades made our stay even more special, and the attention to detail in both the room design and amenities truly stood out. With such a memorable experience, I will definitely be coming back to this hotel on my next visit.
