The room itself was reasonably spacious and comfortable enough for our stay, which we appreciated. However, there were several issues that affected the overall experience. The entrance of the building has large steps, making it very difficult to manage luggage. A ramp should really be provided, especially for travelers with suitcases or mobility concerns. Upon entering the building, there was also a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was unpleasant and not welcoming. In addition, the heater in our room was not strong enough to properly warm the space, and the hot water from the water heater was inconsistent, which made showers uncomfortable, especially in cold weather. While the room size was decent, these issues significantly impacted our stay. With improvements to accessibility, cleanliness, and heating, the experience could be much better.

The room was simple yet stylish, with soft, non-glaring lighting, and a stable internet connection – so important for business travelers! The bedding was a high-elasticity mattress. The front desk service was professional and efficient; check-in and check-out were quick, and they even offered free luggage storage. The attention to detail was truly thoughtful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Harbin for business!
