Ripple Hotels in Harbin

I stayed here for two days on a business trip and it was very convenient for food, clothing, housing and transportation. This building is a hotel, and the elevator configuration is okay. The hotel's sound insulation is slightly lacking, the towels are a bit unhygienic, and there are other people's false eyelashes! There are a lot of places to eat, drink and have fun nearby!

The room itself was reasonably spacious and comfortable enough for our stay, which we appreciated. However, there were several issues that affected the overall experience. The entrance of the building has large steps, making it very difficult to manage luggage. A ramp should really be provided, especially for travelers with suitcases or mobility concerns. Upon entering the building, there was also a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was unpleasant and not welcoming. In addition, the heater in our room was not strong enough to properly warm the space, and the hot water from the water heater was inconsistent, which made showers uncomfortable, especially in cold weather. While the room size was decent, these issues significantly impacted our stay. With improvements to accessibility, cleanliness, and heating, the experience could be much better.

The room was spacious enough that my baby wouldn't feel restricted while playing. It's a 5-minute walk to the subway station, making it super convenient to get to Central Street and the Ice and Snow World. The receptionist even patiently planned a family-friendly itinerary for us, helping us avoid peak queues. The breakfast was varied, including Northeastern-style sweet and sour pork and millet porridge, which my baby enjoyed immensely, making things easy for parents. I highly recommend it to my friends.

The location is excellent, the parking lot is spacious and convenient, and it is free to enter and exit at any time, without time restrictions. The hotel is spacious and bright, the layout is elegant and chic, the facilities are complete and advanced. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the use is warm and comfortable, the service is considerate and thoughtful, and the five-star service is realized. It is worthy of praise 👍.
