The Huarong Hotel is centrally located, making travel incredibly convenient. The surrounding architecture is beautiful, and the hotel lobby is grand and elegant. Although it's an older hotel with a sense of history, I appreciate that kind of substantial feel over a budget hotel. It has parking, and the rooms are exceptionally spacious, bright, clean, and well-maintained with complete amenities. The front desk service is excellent, and the people of Harbin are very kind. However, I did encounter a minor issue during my stay: the bedding was not arranged properly, with the corner of the duvet dragging on the floor. This posed a safety hazard, and I actually tripped over it the night I checked in. It was quite painful to walk afterward. I spoke to the staff at the front desk about what happened, and they tried to find medicine for me but couldn't, so I bought some myself. That night, I called Ctrip to explain the situation, and their staff were incredibly empathetic. They offered to contact the Huarong Hotel immediately, but I told them it was too late and to do it the next day, as I wanted to observe my leg injury overnight. The next morning, my leg was swollen and bruised. Ctrip staff informed the hotel, and the hotel manager and lobby manager came to my room to understand the situation and offered to take me to the hospital for an examination. I declined, saying I would go myself so as not to trouble them. The examination showed no obvious signs of fracture in my left knee joint, but suggested further clinical examination if necessary to rule out a hidden fracture. I continued to communicate with Ctrip staff, who were very responsible and actively liaised with the hotel. I'm especially grateful to Ctrip; I've been a member for decades, and they are truly trustworthy. I also appreciate the hotel manager for continuing to check in on my injury. Thank you all. I hope the hotel addresses these safety hazards in the rooms so that guests can stay safely and happily.

The hotel's location strikes a perfect balance between vibrancy and tranquility. The staff's service was warm and attentive. A few steps down the corridor, the creaking wooden floors added a unique charm. The room also had an entryway, which was a nice touch for a gradual introduction, but it lacked coat hooks. Perhaps due to its conversion from a warehouse, noise from next-door neighbors at night could be a bit disruptive. Most importantly, the hygiene was impeccable. Overall, I had a great experience. Breakfast offered both a buffet and a delightful 'nine-grid' selection, which was an unexpected pleasant surprise. The service staff were very polite and extremely helpful. A big thank you to the hotel team!

The diverse selection energizes us, letting health and deliciousness accompany us right from the morning. Such a breakfast not only warms the stomach but also the heart. After comparing many hotels for my trip to Harbin, I finally chose Taoyuan Holiday Hotel, and it definitely didn't disappoint! It's a Ctrip 3-diamond hotel, perfectly situated between Central Avenue and the train station, so the location is a huge win. Central Avenue is just a short walk away, with Madieer ice cream, various Russian snacks, and popular shops everywhere, making it super convenient for night strolls and enjoying local food. It's also very close to the train station, so there's no need to rush for your train – absolutely perfect for travelers. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and odorless, hot water was plentiful, and the soundproofing was excellent; despite the lively street outside, it didn't disturb my rest. The front desk service was gentle and attentive, even proactively recommending local hidden gems. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. Whether for sightseeing or a short business trip, it's a great choice. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Harbin!

This is the most satisfying hotel I've ever stayed in! The room was spotless, so clean I felt comfortable walking barefoot. The bathroom was also very clean with no water stains in the shower corner, and the toilet was disinfected with no odor. Even the curtains were electric, which was a nice touch. The hotel's laundry room was also excellent, fully equipped with new and smart facilities. The staff provided attentive service throughout, helping with luggage very quickly. The room offered a fantastic view of the lake, allowing me to fully appreciate nature. The lighting and ventilation were superb, the room decor was cozy, and the bedding was very comfortable. It felt even more comfortable than being at home! Absolutely great value for money.

The hotel is conveniently located near Harbin Station, offering excellent transportation links and easy access to all destinations. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, feeling quite new and modern. The in-room service was attentive. Even on the 30th floor, the rain shower had fantastic water pressure. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. I had initially planned to stay for just one day but extended my trip for an additional night. The front desk staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful. This hotel is definitely worth staying at again.

First, the positives: the location is incredibly convenient, very close to the subway station. We could easily get to the Ice and Snow World, Central Street, and Harbin Station by subway. The room amenities were quite comprehensive. We booked a sunny king room, which offered good ventilation and decent natural light. We did lay down an extra sheet ourselves, as there were some small stains on the original one, possibly not thoroughly cleaned. The room might be a bit small, but it was just about right for two people. Now for the downsides: the heating was turned up way too high. On the first night, my throat and nose became dry and sore. Also, the room was on the second floor with no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up ourselves. Another thing is that this guesthouse doesn't allow late check-outs; you have to leave by 12 PM. We weren't aware of this initially, and the owner didn't inform us before we checked in.

This B&B is located within the Chinese Baroque scenic area. There are many great spots for photos, and the night view is stunning. The room was clean and comfortable, featuring a smart toilet and automated curtains. We could also project movies onto the screen to watch TV. The room was very warm, and all the facilities were brand new. We had a fantastic stay for 3 days. Inside the scenic area, you'll find various food options, cultural and creative products, a cake shop, a chocolate shop, and even a halal restaurant both inside and outside the area. Photo 3 shows the halal restaurant within the scenic area, photo 4 is the entrance of our B&B, and photo 1 shows the interior courtyard of the accommodation.

The room is clean and hygienic, the computer configuration is high, and the Internet speed is also fast. The environment is quiet and not noisy. It is also very close to shopping malls such as Wanda and Red Square. The environment is good. I will come again next time. Recommended
