不太行啊😥😥，外表看着還行，但是不太值二百一晚上。空調三擋，開到最大的一檔結果就有聲音，吱吱的那種一直響，然後頂多五分鐘，找酒店的服務人員來看一下，看看能不能換一下，結果説我們亂動屋裡的東西了，然後説之前沒人反應過這個問題。但我們反應了啊，而且這個屋子我付錢了我到屋裡五分鐘坐床上，發現有聲音，不應該換一下屋子嗎。
還有一個，不知道是網絡問題還是電視問題，看一分鐘卡三次，還是卡一次倒退幾秒，看電視真的難受。

房間很清潔和没有異味，设施完整有特色。前台服务员很友善，又很有耐心的説明。是一个很好渡假的酒店，适合出遊居往的地方。

滿意度不高，訂的時候看到頁面是免費停車，去了現場晚7點，説免費是 門口那幾個位置（大概衹有5.6個位置），肯定滿滿的啊，衹能停到地下車庫了，私人的那種過夜50元 領了酒店停車券後實付20元（實際20元是掃碼付給酒店的，酒店再給個票，讓拿給停車場看門人員）説白了就沒有免費停車這一説。帶孩子住的 想看電視 打不開，。打了前台問 就説電視看不了，具體原因不曉得。不過位置不錯 下樓就是步行街，吃喝玩都很方便。

真的第一個讓我住的這麼無語的酒店，夜裡床頭牆面有特別大的響聲，吵得根本沒辦法睡，不得喊來工作人員，一會才解決，而且漱口杯是玻璃的，梳洗台很小，一不小心杯子就磕破了還賠了錢……總之真的很不好的體驗，下次不會再住這家了。

房間乾淨整潔，房間設施設計非常便利，床墊特別舒適。酒店位置非常優越，位於最繁華的淮河路步行街中段，出門即是熱鬧的煙火氣，難能可貴的是酒店在這樣寸土寸金的地段依有提供門前免費停車位，便利自駕行的遊客；同時房間隔音很好，關上門窗即可鬧中取靜，很滿意的一次住店。

在攜程上訂的付了200塊，結果到店裡讓我付400塊，我問為什麼要收這麼多錢，工作人員説200房費200按金，我在攜程沒有交按金嗎？攜程預訂不是應該就是房費嗎？最大跌眼鏡的是進房間一看房間就跟女人的照片一樣不可信，擺設差不多就是美顏開到位拍的吧，衞生間一個簾子底下都是綉了一樣是黃的，床單還有洞鋪在腳的位置，枕頭皮邊還是毛的，我都納悶了

家庭公寓房房型有點怪，還有個小廚房，感覺完全不會用到。房間空調關不掉，晚上冷得不行。不過9/30晚班前台小姐姐的熱情接待，讓我直接給酒店五星好評。
