I have never been treated by a host in this fashion ever before. Long story short - I booked for 2 nights in December Air B & B charged me only for one night which I paid for. As we needed 2 nights accommodation, I started messaging the establishment via Air B & B trying to confirm 2 nights stay. My messages were never answered and they never answered their phone calls. After my guests checked in, it was confirmed that the stay was for 2 nights. I requested the details for payment but nothing was forthcoming. At 15h30 in the afternoon I was advised that the guests were to vacate the room as it was only booked for one night. The host still did not bother to reply to me or answer my calls. After 12 attempt’s the host answered stating that we were mistaken and must vacate asap as they have other guests. All of this could have been avoided had they responded to my messages and calls.
