Until I contacted the front desk at 5.6 in the morning, a waiter came, came in, closed the curtains, and said she could go to sleep without asking what the question was. It took me a long time to explain, and I asked her to observe in the room for about 20 minutes. The curtain issue came up again. She said she would contact the engineering depar**ent to come over, and she left. Before leaving, I asked: "It's so early, will it take some time for the engineering depar**ent to come over?" She said it would be soon. I waited for about 10 minutes, contacted the front desk, and asked that I didn't need to come over for repairs, because there were other people in the room, and I didn't know how long it would take for repairs to be done, so I'd better rest as much as possible. As a result, the front desk did not notify the waiter after agreeing, so the waiter kept sending WeChat messages to their group in the corridor, without muting the phone, and the phone kept ringing. After another 20 minutes or so, someone from the engineering depar**ent came over and went straight into the house to start repairs. There was still someone lying on the bed, and I thought about it. After getting rid of them, I just wanted to go to sleep. I got up at 10 o'clock to check out. I was in a hurry to leave. I asked the hotel for a refund through Ctrip, but the communication was ineffective. I didn’t want to leave a bad review, but I really had no choice. I didn’t take any videos or photos because it took too long to wait for the curtains. Finally, I hope the hotel will check its facilities regularly so as not to cause the same or other inconveniences to guests again!

The hotel is perfect. The location is very good. It is close to the Inner Mongolia Museum and the Science and Technology Museum. The hotel upgraded the executive king bed for free. Recommended to stay. The service is very good.
