Deposit required, 500HKD per night or up to 2000 HKD. Executive lounge, housekeeping and room service staff were friendly and welcoming. Room is clean with great view. View from the rooftop is amazing too. If you’re planning to go on a Big Bus tour, one of the route stops directly in front of the hotel. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay at The Park Lane the next time we’re on HK :)

Location quite good, close to MTR and trans etc. Staff in hotel and at breakfast very nice, front desk seemed abrupt. Room, corridors and facilities all clean but very tired - the hotel seems older than it actually is. Rooftop pool was cold but beautiful; fantastic views. What made the difference between mediocre and good for me was the breakfast, which was amazing. A huge range of every kind of food imaginable - Western-style cooked, continental, local food, fruit, yogurts, cereals, bread, pastries, rolls. Really impressive and very nice staff in attendance. My room was a bit chilly and I couldn’t get air con to blow warm air so they brought me an electric heater which did the trick. Shower was only lukewarm but I’m sure if I’d called front desk they would have tried to sort it.

The room is big, there is plenty of space for activities, the lighting is good, the kitchen is clean, and basic cooking utensils and supplies can be provided. Only pan-fried pan can be borrowed, and I can cook wild food if I want to cook, but I am satisfied with other aspects, including staff service , Sanitation, I like the decoration of the hotel very much, I will stay again next time!

reserved a room of half moon. nice view. small box of mooncake was provided as welcoming gift since i checked in on the night of mid-autumn festival. i asked for HDMI cable for my laptop to connect the TV. i was impressed that the receptionist was able to provide technical advice regarding the connection issue. i asked for refilling the drinking water at night. the service was quick and provided within 5mins. great service! everything in the room was good. warm reminder to replace the filter of the air purifier.

This hotel is brilliant location and is surrounded by great restaurants. This is one of the first hotels I stayed in when I came to HK and stayed here multiple times over the last 3 months. Travelling with a new born made stress free with this hotel. Both sides of the hotel are nice but preference is the prestige side. Great staff and great hotel.

The room was comfortable for our family of 4. The bathroom shower was a bit disappointing though because it wasn't fully enclosed, so it was easy to get the floor wet. We loved the water bottle provided in the room for reuse. Convenient location to visit a variety of places. Several bus stops within close proximity and the tram across the street. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Great value for money especially with breakfast included in the rate. The kids loved the gifts they received upon check in. Overall a very good experience. 👍

Our stay at Renaissance was enjoyable. The service was excellent. The views from our harbor view room was nice. However, the reception counter was very busy since there were many guests and the hotel could have perhaps had more people tending the counters. They were very kind and thorough, nevertheless. The breakfast buffet at cafe renaissance was very good with a wide range of selection and food cooked to order/fresh. The navigator services were excellent in helping get transport to and from the airport as well as other destinations during our stay. We ordered room service one night and the quality of food and service was great, I recommend the fries. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel sent us a complimentary birthday cake which was delicious and thoughtful. Thank you for a great experience.

Solid experience. The location is great for Wan Chai, across from a small neighborhood of bars, cafes, and restaurants and yet close walking distance to The Avenue and Star Street. Unfortunately the pool was closed and the fitness room could be bigger but it got the job done. Room itself was quite large with a sofa and large desk. Bathroom wasn't really a separate room, more kind of an open format and shower and toilet area a bit small, opening out into the bedroom. Didn't bother me much but can bother some people. The price was ok at around 1000-1200 hkd a night but it seems to have gone up since then.

We stayed here for the recent Rugby 7s tournament! It was the perfect location between the stadium and Causeway Bay for shopping! Very walkable location. Close to food, metro, tram lines too. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Will be back!

My mum is 90 and in a wheelchair. She love the room because her wheelchair can fit in and she can use her walker to the bathroom. Location-wise. The hotel is located in the middle of Wanchai and Causeway Bay metro station. You can either take one of these stations. The bus stop is right outside the main entrance on both sides. Tramways are a 1minute walk from the hotel. Restaurants, markets and 24-hour convenience stores are nearby. There’s a game centre just across the road which made us happy. Cleanliness- The room itself has its own touch. Mostly clean bed linen, towels and surroundings. The areas are well-wiped and cleaned. The bathroom is clean with toiletries. Service - the front desk was kind and very friendly. They helped us out with the baggage and helped us settle in our room earlier than our check-in time. The cleaning lady was jolly and changed the towels every day. Amenities- We haven't checked much. We were mostly out every day and found the lovely hotel restaurant downstairs. They have quite a good selection of food- which we figured out quite late.

It was wonderful! We received a welcoming voucher of one drink at the Cafe per person. We enjoyed the breakfast, as the menu has a range of fresh vegetables and delicious croissants and dessert. The location was a perfect thing I really value high. We could walk to watch the symphony of lights in the evening, took a light walk to Heritage 1881, busy Tsim Sha tsui and Jenny bakery! The hotel is little bit old but I would definitely recommend it. They offered us with an upgrade room with harbor view.

We booked the triple room and it was little tight to move around, but doable. The location was great right by causeway bay and in the middle of everything. Beds were comfortable and staff very helpful. I would stay again for sure. Note it’s on the 3rd floor of the building a little tricky to find.
