"The front desk service of the hotel is warm and thoughtful, and the problems raised can be solved with heart. The overall environment is warm and quiet, and the rooms are clean and tidy. Will choose again next time. The environment is very good, and the surrounding air is very good"
"After two weeks in mainland China we were disappointed not only by the lack of amenities at the hotel but also the service. Unfortunately the Hong Kong government no longer permits bottles of water - however this still doesn’t mean the hotel couldn’t provide bottles of boxed water or be a little more creative with its solutions.
In the room itself we had two small towels- no additional towels for hand, and no face towels. The shower curtain is material and a little old / gross.
What was most surprising was the service. Checking in at 8pm on a Friday evening we asked for a recommendation for a spot to eat in the area. She assured us multiple times we would find absolutely nothing open except for McDonald’s. For a hotel of this quality we were surprised by the lack of any knowledge whatsoever by the staff, but also a little disgusted by the recommendation.
If you want a better impression of Hong Kong I would advise looking elsewhere."
"Considering that hotels in HK are LITERALLY SMALL, CASA Hotel's room sizes are 110 sqft which is 20 to 30% larger than common hotels which only have 68 to 86 sqft. The location is great, it's along nathan road, you'll never get lost. Also near in Yaw Ma Tei MTR station exit C. 7-11 is just at the side of hotel. The hotel maybe old and were given some negative feedbacks from other travelers, imo I still give them positive feedbacks for maintaining the cleanliness and good services of the hotel. Overall all, it was a great experience. Best value 3 star hotel."

"I had a mixed experience during my stay. On the downside, there were security issues, as anyone could access the guest room floors, which made me feel a bit uneasy. Additionally, the lighting in the room was quite dim, which detracted from the overall ambiance. However, the service was excellent. The staff went above and beyond by preparing champagne glasses and slippers for us, and they even helped deliver items to our room. Overall, while the security concern and dim lighting were significant drawbacks, the attentive service made the stay more enjoyable."
"The hotel is in a great location — the A11 airport bus stop (Airport > Wan Chai) is right at the entrance, and the stop for A11 (Wan Chai > Airport) is just a 5–6 minute walk away. Several other bus routes and tram stops are also within a 5-minute walking distance.
In terms of service, the front desk staff were professional and friendly. Since the hotel doesn’t provide toothbrushes or toothpaste, they made sure to kindly remind me of this at check-in. Housekeeping was thorough, and it’s clear that the hotel puts effort into maintaining its facilities.
Aside from needing to go up to the 19th floor for the water dispenser and the room being small (which is quite typical for hotels in Hong Kong), everything else was great. The bath amenities were of good quality — shampoo and body wash didn’t leave my hair feeling too dry. If the hairdryer had a bit more power, it would’ve been perfect!"
"We spent 3 nights there. Great location, only few minutes walks to Mongkok MTR station. Walking distance to many local restarants and sneker street Mongkok. Room is small but it's common for hotel in Hongkong. The staff were friendly and very helpful, our room had an issue with aircon when we cheking in and they offer us new room rightaway. Will comeback again. Overall we are happy with our stay here."

"Great location, bus from the airport stop just Infront of the hotel very convenient tsim tsa tsui MRT just across the road..
Good surrounding atmosphere walking distance to avenue of star k11 mall and restaurants next to chungking mansion where u can find halal food & groceries. Also money changers
great staff Most friendly welcoming and helpful..
lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional.
I don’t know why other people leave such negative comments about this hotel..
Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. Bit old but clean and spacious
I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future i definitely stay here again"
"Receptionist is friendly & nice, room size is ok, but not recommended for family & couple trip, its maybe only for solo traveller short trip, very poor environment.
My wife's shirt & my niece's cap is missing, donno whats happening?!"
"Room was very cool without any heating system. And just one extra blanket could be provided even for 2 guests at each single bed.
The hot water at morning time has been serviced. But, evening time the warm water has been supplied.
Generally could be accepted upon thinking the budget."
"The location is perfect! The staff was super friendly and made sure I had everything I needed as a solo traveller. The hotel is connected to a shopping plaza which makes everything very convenient. The rooms are beautiful and the views are stunning! I highly reccomend."

DDesmond KI had a fantastic stay at Royal Plaza Hotel! One of the standout features is definitely its prime location — it's conveniently situated near a wide variety of street food stalls and local restaurants, making it a true paradise for food lovers. Whether you're craving a quick snack or a hearty local meal, there are plenty of affordable and delicious options just a short walk away.
The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience throughout my stay.
Highly recommended for travelers who want to immerse themselves in the local food scene without breaking the bank. I’ll definitely be back!

OOsca ChoiOur experience at the hotel was truly wonderful, thanks to its spacious rooms with modern amenities, professional yet courteous service, and prime location near key attractions. With a few adjustments to the breakfast variety, our stay would have been flawless. While the morning meal featured high-quality, flavorful dishes, the selection was somewhat restricted. Expanding the menu to include more diverse options-such as plant- based or gluten-free choices-would better accommodate different dietary needs and preferences. That said, the staff's outstanding hospitality truly stood out. They were warm, welcoming, and proactive, often anticipating our needs, whether arranging transportation or recommending local gems. Their dedication elevated our stay, making it both relaxing and memorable. We'd gladly return and look forward to seeing how the hotel continues to refine its offerings!

HHark ManOnce if you take the chance to walk around its neighborhood then you will find It has very easy access to Victoria Park , Pattersons Street, Sogo department store - all within 10 minutes walk.
Room size is acceptable for HK standard: adequate space to place/store your belongings! Higher level had much lovely views of city views ! Only complaint is the elevator is bit slow and the going down direction escalator was out of the order during our 5 days stay.

AAizhaneiroStaying at Iclub fortress hill hotel was amazing. Location is very strategic, easy to access to harbor and parks. Metro station is just 5 minutes walk from hotel, there are many restaurants and cafes nearby.
Room was 15 m which is much bigger than other options in HK. Bed was comfortable, towels were fresh. They provide all necessary amenities.
Only one downside is that the water from their water station has very strange flavor, they don’t provide bottled water:(
Overall our stay was great, thanks to this hotel

SSwelamWe really loved our stay at Grand Bay View Hotel — the views were stunning and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our trip. However, the only downside was that the staff felt mostly absent during our stay, which made it a bit hard to get support when needed. Overall, still a great spot if you're looking for a peaceful and scenic escape.

GGuest UserLocated at Wan Chai, one of the main living area at island.
Since it was operated by renovation of old house, there are no evaluator at main living building and reception is actually ground floor of building nearby, but they try the best to make them connected by rooftops as public garden and bridge.
They make very effective use for space, as there is a pillar at the middle of single room. anyway I think it is good enough for daily lives and the price.
Recommended, if you do not need too much space with luxurious.
Wish coming here again!

EEditeFor Hongkong prices hotel is quite OK. Location for us seemed perfect and view from the 18th floor window unbeatable. Breakfast downstairs was buffet and quite good, so we went to eat there every morning for a cost 150HKD for two, as our hotel price didn’t include breakfast. Room is a bit old-schoolish although it was cleaned and towels changed every day, and bed was comfortable.

MManta1Resort is an inflated term. Pool closed, spa closed, rooms are upstairs but there is no elevator so be ready to carry your bags. Small washer and dryer in the sauna room, outdated fitness equipment. Weird 'token' system for using the 'resort' things like washer or sauna.Interesting little game area downstairs, a couple kayaks and bikes to rent. Few real amenities that would make this a ”resort”. It's a decent hotel.
The rooms are clean but the windows don't open so it gets very stuffy, the fridge froze everything and the bathroom is tiny and dated. My view was gross, so I kept the shade down.
When the tide is out there is a beach, it is close to the ferry pier and a very pretty view when the construction is not going. The sun rises right in front of the hotel!
Restaurant has a large menu for dinner, but only one choice for breakfast (set meal or nothing).
What saves this place is the staff! They are wonderful, lovely people!
WWendyThe room is small but the service is great, the location is great because you can take a bus to the MTR and it’s super easy to get the bus, you won’t get lost! Their WiFi is bad but the room is clean and the view is nice! Their cleaning service is also really great and the beds are very comfortable 😄 I had a wonderful stay, I stayed for about 10 nights, I loved it! ❤️ I’m definitely coming back! It’s also super close to Disneyland and the shopping mall and there’s a mini shopping mall downstairs so you can get the ATM, 7/11 a cafe and more! I didn’t take pictures of the room, but I absolutely loved it considering the accommodations in HK for this price, I think you’ll love it too!
