Hotels near Punchbowl Scenic Lookout in Honolulu

The hotel is an affordable price with simple and clean environment. The room looks new and tidy which make me pick for my four nights stay. More importantly they offer cheap parking charge compared to other hotels in Waikiki. There are two bottle of water to be provided each day and you can redeem for free in front desk which is appreciated, you can also take the refilling water in lobby. Microwave is provided in each room too.

Clean and sanitary, good service, good feeling, complete facilities, good environment

This's my first time booking through ”trip” app. I glad i did. Our room is corner views where we got both the view from diamond head and oceanfront. This's the best experience i have. We arrived at the hotel on a Friday night around 7pm Hawaii time. Didn't expect they were doing fireworks around 8pm. I got to see it right from my window view. Omg.....i was breaking in tears where i haven't experience of fireworks this close before. I wish they allow video reviews in here where i can share my recording of the fireworks to you all. My daily views from my room are the best everyday and night throughout our stay. We walked around the beaches, restaurants and stores around the hotel area everynight before bed. Anyway, thank you for the awesome experience and memories. Love it so much and totally recommend.

I paid the resort fee and deposit with my card when I checked in in the morning, but when I went to the front desk to pick up my room key in the afternoon, I was charged the resort fee and deposit again. Even if I told him that I had paid when I checked in earlier, he insisted that I could pay. It's not for me, it's for my husband. Even though I said it was strange that I had reserved only one room for two people, I was told to pay. I asked someone who could speak Japanese to take over the phone and explain things to me, and they finally gave me the room key, but there was no explanation or apology as to why it happened. I was handed the room key with a defiant attitude. And, as expected, I was charged at the restaurant even though I made a reservation with a plan that included breakfast. If the front desk is that much, well, I thought it would be like that. I'm scared of what I'll be charged next time when I check out tomorrow. Is Marriott a hotel like that? I come to Hawaii every year, but I will never stay at a Marriott again. It's a shame because the location and facilities are fine.

It is a hotel with a very nice view, probably because I am on the 17th floor and have a corner room. I can see the sea and the entire bustling city. The room is clean and cleaned every day, so it is good. There are many Japanese people in Hawaii. Generally, the overall service in places where Japanese people gather is not bad, so it is relatively reliable. If I come to Hawaii again, I will definitely continue to choose this hotel.

It is newly decorated in a Japanese style. The fixed seaside view is that the beach is not a full sea view. Most of the Japanese customers also have exclusive services. It is friendly to children. There are children's pools and water play facilities, and there is also an infinity pool with an adult bar. It is great not to disturb each other. There is a Lawson convenience store, an ice cream shop, etc. just below, with complete facilities, it is worth living in!

I enjoyed my stay. Our room was great and had a beautiful view. Also, it was peaceful, not a lot of noise in the hallways. Breakfast was a little bland at the hotel, but there were many other places to eat close by. The Signature is a little overrated for the dine in meal, but the happy hour is a good value, and in a great location. We experienced both. I enjoyed the shopping close by as well as the breach in walking distance. I think I would visit again for a few days and then travel to see more of Hawaii.

The service was good ..the front desk staff were very responsive although at times under staffed to met the needs of a quick check-in/Check out. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for renovation during our visit. The room was very good although only cardboard cups and plastic cutlery were provided. When I asked for wine glasses the front desk staff explained that the hotel did not provide them due to the covid pandemic…which did not make any sense to us…and only served to reduce our rating of the hotel. Despite this I would recommend this hotel as a good place to stay..and just a 10min walk to Ala Moana Shopping centre and Ala Moana beach.

The hotel is in a good location! Located on the edge of Waikiki Beach, 6-8 minutes walk from Alamona Shopping Center. There is a pier in front of the hotel. If you are lucky, you can see turtles in the pier waters while standing in the room (beachfront room type)! There are many Japanese tourists in the hotel and the service is very good! ! The hotel room is large, the hotel is new, and the facilities are good! The disadvantage I personally think is that the swimming pool is small and located on the fifth floor of the hotel, which is a bit useless (everyone goes to the beach to swim, especially the lagoon on the beach near the hotel, the water is very calm, the area is large and the scenery is beautiful), and I don’t know that the hotel charges 47 dollars per day for a resort. What does the fee provide? In addition, the hotel only has two high-rise buildings and does not go directly to the beach. It does not have the same atmosphere as the Hilton resort next to it (the Hilton we stayed at last time)
