As soon as you walk in you’re welcomed. Overall the hotel was very clean! All our needs were met. A time was had with zero problems.

The night manager, Christian, was wonderfully pleasant & helpful. Room was clean & comfortable. I do recommend staying here.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is great and the room was clean. However, the bed was probably the worst I’ve ever slept on, it was hard and very uncomfortable. Also, there were not usb connections for charging technology.

Christian Moore was awesome. It was obvious he has a passion for service to his guest. Great job Christian

The front desk staff were very nice and helpful, our room was clean and comfy. The area was safe. I’m not sure why there was a parking charge as there wasn’t an attendant.

We picked courtyard due to shuttle but we can’t stay again as or test start at 7 am and shuttle.do not start till 7 am.

I booked a handicap room with 2 doubles. When I arrived they said the amount I paid did not cover a handicap room with 2 doubles. Unfortunately I chose a non refundable accommodation thru ******* so I was at their mercy. I ended up having to pay an additional $20/night to get the room I needed. My stay was for 3 nights. I didn't understand why my room wasn't cleaned after the 1st night. They said for multiple night stays they clean every other day. Nowhere did it notate that in *******. So we had over flowing garbage in our room which made it unpleasant. There was no blow dryer in the bathroom but they were able to provide 1. The rolling office chair was broken but they were able to replace it. The bed was extremely hard & uncomfortable. I wouldn't stay there again.

The TV remote was cumbersome & difficult to use. Elevators need to have a/c. Raven at the check in desk was efficient & polite.
