Hotel is big n nice, there's a Starbucks inside the lobby. It's a very quiet town, but hotel is nice and quiet.

Great get-away hotel, clean and comfortable room at great location... the only thing I didn’t like was the annoying, very bright blue light on the light switch right next to the bed, on both sides! Bring a sleep mask!

南太湖山莊很驚艷，非常好的一次入住體驗。從酒店太湖廣場選址到獨門獨院隱祕的户型設計，每日歡迎水果飲水飲料枕頭選擇等等貼心服務，真是滿分體驗值得推薦的星級酒店。早餐豐富，選擇很多，各種湖州小吃點心也能品嚐到，食材新鮮。接駁車送到小梅山山腳下，過個馬路就是漁人碼頭，吃東西超級方便。湖邊走走，還有大草坪廣場，周邊廣場公園民宿別墅非常漂亮，湖州真是宜居城市。

南太湖山莊環境優美，獨佔一個山頭，大廳前台服務熱情細心。小孩兒在大廳玩耍時把手機丟了，結果有客人撿到，第二天在大廳前台的保管下順利找回。酒店提供旅拍服務，客服熱情耐心解答疑問，攝影專業，選址精確，點贊！

地址位置很不錯，臨湖靠山有樹林，空氣清新，錯峯安靜，很適合度假。
房間的環境，佈置都是ok的，上廁所人坐在上面馬桶蓋一直關，有點奇怪。空氣凈化器一開始用不了，報了管家立馬修好了，房間太熱，空調開十幾度沒啥用，簡直奇怪。
服務差。首先開車上去不知道大堂在哪裡，沒有明顯指示牌和指引人員；
進去大堂，前台人員不專業，説話聲音小，宛如進入了23星酒店，有待提高，就一個人，其他的人在旁邊感覺跟不知道自己該做什麼一樣，很愣。
我的酒店套餐有兩杯星巴克咖啡，結果早上去拿，上面是五選一，有拿鐵，卡布基諾，馥芮白等，結果去拿的時候跟我們説沒有咖啡豆，衹有馥芮白和美式，那我們就説來兩杯馥芮白吧，結果跟我們説馥芮白也沒有，衹有美式，這服務員是有什麼病吧，耍我們呢。另外套餐裏面的手工也不知道給我們。
湖州晚上的龍蝦宵夜很不錯，開車來回的小哥們也都聽專業的，也能送上門，不錯。

泳池比較大，人也不多，但泳池的水温可以提高一點。
酒店如果有自己標簽的水而不是農夫山泉，會更上檔次一點。
附近的古木博物館值得去逛一下。

環境：看湖州地標太湖喜來登温泉酒店的最佳觀景區。😘😘尤其晚上，酒店大廳外的景觀區看燈光秀更是歎為觀止🙀🙀
服務：除了景觀，我也感受到酒店每個員工的熱情及態度。5⭐️級的服務，非常棒。因為第二天早上我原本的別墅區域需要空調維修，服務員擔心會影響我們睡眠，話不多説就把我們升級到中心湖景別墅大房。😘😘。房間直面對地標喜來登酒店，境觀太迷人了!
早餐:非常豐盛的早餐，包含中西式餐點，太滿意了!
非常愉悦的一次旅程，沒有不滿意的時候，時時都在享受假期的喜悦。有機會一定會回來😘😘
