Friendly staff Manas and ritwick has responded very quick .. quite big room. Good location , nice food . Will visit soon service was good and quick . Comfy bed, nice view from the terrace. Near by tourist places. Good to stay for buisness trip . Recommended..

I Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights recently and enjoyed the experience. Very well maintained Hotel. Staff is very good, attentive and courteous. Good buffet spread for breakfast. The rooms and very clean and bed is comfortable.

The hotel is located in a good location. The staff was very friendly and supportive. They responded very quickly to any requests that we had. I would go there anytime again when I have to travel to Hyderabad.

I stayed here for 4 days. They gave me a tiny room at first, it was exactly for a single bed and barely anything else. After requesting, they changed my room on the third day and I'm thankful for that. I only entered it in the night after getting back from work and realized the new bigger room was stinking a lot. I just put my head down and didn't complain at the time as only one more day of stay was left. Breakfast was average. Won't stay here again voluntarily.

The fact that it is located near to the Apollo Hospital as well as just walking distance to the Supermarkets and other well established restaurants makes it the perfect place to stay. The Restaurant staff are very helpful especially Yeshwanth, Tapant, Papu & not forgetting Chef Abhijit & his Team ❤️ House Keeping is done everyday & they do a great job at it thanks to Rithik, Mahnush and the whole house keeping Team ❤️ Keep up the good work. Also a huge Vinaka Vakalevu to the Hotel Manager Mr. Ranjan for assisting with our meal plans due to medical treatment ❤️❤️ Afew things that could hopefully be improved on are: 1)banging of doors during the night into wee hours of the morning. Maybe enlightening guests who come & stay on how to close doors for the rooms. 2) Because the rooms have gaps under the doors & a central AC system, the cigarette fumes also enter the other rooms near by and can be very frustrating especially if you’re a non-smoker. 3) If they could introduce Intercontinental menu options, that would be an even bigger plus to their accommodation. Overall, all staff could use abit more customer service refresher courses to uplift their game. However, they do try really hard to make your stay as pleasant as possible and we as guests just need to be a little patient especially if there’s a language barrier..❤️❤️

An excellent hotel and staff service. Hotel location is very convenient as it is close to Apolo Hospital and supermarkets. Special thanks to Tapan and Papu and the rest of the restaurant staffs and chefs. Manush and Ritik of house keeping for a wonderful job they're doing. Also a special thank you to Mr Rangan and Management for making our stay a very comfortable and memorable one here in Hyderabad. Vinaka

The worst hotel ever. No trained staffs..room was never cleaned on time. from hotel guard to restaurant staffs to housekeeping staffs no one provided their service nicely..we had asked for towel and milk powder in the room and after repeated calls also they provided the stuffs after 1.5 hrs. Guard was standing in front of us but after asking several times he did not keep the luggage in taxi. This was the worst hotel experience

The hotel has approachable staff and close to Apollo Hospital. The hotel is near supermarkets, banks, and the KBR National Park. Commendable staff, Ritwick, Manas, and Veeresh. Very approachable and helpful.
