Good location in Santa Eulalia, for me the best area of Ibiza if you are looking to go with your partner or family. The breakfast was excellent! Although if I had to give a suggestion, it would be that they put fresh orange juice. The check in was great, they had availability and they gave us the room before the hour. For check out, they had rooms available and made us pay €10 an hour from 12 until we left. We have a baby and we needed the room until after lunch to take him changed to the airport. I understand that if there is no availability, they don't do it... or that if you want to leave at 6 pm, they charge you something, but for a short time it seems ridiculous to me. I have an accommodation, and as long as there is availability it is not difficult for me to let my guests leave later.

I absolutely love Hotel La Cala The bar, food, public areas and pool are all amazing Definitely a over 55's Hotel and would not suit families with children. Entertainment most nights of a good standard. Short walk to the buzzing bright lights on the Marina and public beach. Fabulous restaurants and bars - felt safe out and about as a Solo. La Cala staff from room ladies, to bar/ restaurant staff/ reception all fantastic and work tirelessly to cater for your every need. Well done all. One tiny complaint my room was directly opposite a building site with a briese block wall view where they seemed to start work at 4pm I love a Sundowner on my balcony but the terrific noise made this impossible to enjoy peace while watching the sunset l hope by 2024 the work is complete ( Not La Cala fault) Room move? Not a chance once ld unpacked 😊

Invisa La Cala Hotel is very close to the Marina, plus the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Restaurant- Buffet style and a wide range of food but the hot food in the evening was at times a bit lukewarm. Salad bar was impressive and Francesca was always available to help. Reception- all very helpful and thanks to Barbara for the Cava to toast my wife’s birthday. Bar - Juan and co were friendly. Pool area- on the small side not what we are used to. Spa - looked to be closed. We had a room on the 4th floor and could not see the pool view as booked which was disappointing. Book a Superior Room Pool View on the 1st or 2nd Floor - South Facing if possible. Building Works - these were taking place near to the hotel which disturbed the ambience but finished at 17.00 approximately. The hotel was of traditional style and the residents were mainly 60+ and what a lovely scent when you were in the main reception and bar area. Exceptionally standards of cleanliness a major factor in staying at this hotel. Booked via Loveholidays- excellent. Thanks to everyone at the hotel and hope to return to Santa Eulalia in the future.

Visited May 2024 and the hotel was immaculate with regards cleanliness, and staff were very friendly on the reception desk and a special mention to Francesca in the restaurant. The food was plentiful and very edible especially the salad bar, but unfortunately the hot food was a bit lukewarm. Thanks to Barbara for the bottle of Cava to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and Juan was very friendly and helpful at the bar. The entertainment was a hit or a miss to be honest but it was probably due to the lounge it was held in - could do with a small stage for acts to perform, and rearrange the seating which was a bit regimental. Spa was also closed. Marina was 3 minute walk away and some bars had tribute acts on which could be an option. Pool area was a bit small and sunbeds were a bit close, and if you want a room with a pool it needs to be on the 1st or 2nd floor and south facing. Unfortunately we were North facing and on the 5th Floor. There was some works going on in the adjacent street which was a bit annoying but generally stopped after 17.00 hours. The hotel primarily caters for the 60+ age group, and has a laid back a**osphere and a lovely scent in the main public areas. The positive aspect is the location and would recommend a boat trip to Ibiza Town €28 euros per person return, and local buses leave from behind the town hall. Enjoyed our stay and will certainly visit Santa Eulalia in the future as it’s a lovely town with lots going on, and the promenade and beach are soo nice, but eating out is expensive unless you opt for half board. Thanks to all at Invisa La Cala.

The hotel is a little soulless .. needs updating and beds not good quality. I was hoping it would be ok as reviews good. Food was ok.. but went to have some grated carrots and wee black flies flew out. Reception mainly friendly, one of them a bit sullen. Very elderly clientele .. we are 60 but most well over that, we’re also young 60’s.. love to dance and the entertainment was pretty awful. It just doesn’t feel like a holiday hotel. Pool area very shaded. Massive building construction was going on which to be fair we had notice of shortly before our due date.. not sure why we weren’t told before. Also was told it was small building going on.. it was huge! Minimal noise disruption.. noooo, lots of noise Altho they did sort a room away from that side. W hotel more to our taste. Saw other 4 star hotels that looked it, this one was 3 I would say.

Just returned from La Cala hotel, stayed for four nights, 14th-18th April. First impressions of the hotel are good, it’s lovely and clean and reception staff are friendly and very helpful, especially Tom :) Two weeks prior to my arrival I emailed to let the hotel know my stay at the hotel was to celebrate my birthday. I asked if we could possibly have a sea or pool view, I got a quick response from the hotel and they said they would do there best. Unfortunately when I got to my room I opened the doors to a very small balcony and was greeted by a man in a cherry picker painting the wall opposite, the building opposite is being renovated so I immediately went to reception to ask to change my room, I was told nothing could be done as it was night time so to try in the morning. Which I did, I was offered a pool view room but had to pay €60 for the room, I did this as I couldn’t stay in the other room with the noise from the workmen. I then spoke to a couple who arrived at the same time as me, they had booked a last minute stay at the hotel and had been given a better room on the other side of the hotel which was a little bit disappointing seeing as tho I booked months ago and had sent a email. To the other side of the hotel next to the pool there is massive building work going on, I belive this stops during May-Sept. There are two cranes going all the time I belive they are building new apar**ents. It did effect our stay but that being said I would return to the hotel to stay again as obviously the building work isn’t the hotels fault and you can go out and about easily as hotel is in a fantastic location, minutes from the harbour and beach, fab restaurants and great shops etc The hotel restaurant serves up a great breakfast, lunch and evening meal, all with lots of variety. The night time entertainment wasn’t aimed at the English guests at all but at the time I stayed it was mostly Spanish guests so we just went out in the evenings. There is also a great hairdressers over the road called Nick & Co so if you want a quick wash and blow dry I’d highly recommend Maria. All in all I would say this hotel is good, clean and fab location (once the building work next to it has finished)
